I really like Jersey Mike’s. Better than Blimpie my old FAV! But the attitude at this store leaves something to desire. I feel bad for the owner as I can’t be the only person who has been treated so shabbily. After asking for a new bread after the sandwich maker refused to listen to my request, she put so much oregano on it that it turned out to be inedible. Perhaps your luck will be better. Better yet, try one of the other stores. Rivermark Plaza is the best, and Stevens Creek is not far behind.

Nice clean place, friendly staff, however way over priced. I say this due to the lack of meat in the Sub sandwich. Maybe I just spoiled by Amatos on Saratoga.

I thought I try it today for first time. Definitely not that great. First there were only 2 other customers in whole place to-go orders and the guy had to remake mine becasue they forgot a few ingredients? I ordered a Pastrami Reuban w/no cheese and produce added. It did not have saurkraut like i wanted and its suppose to have. So they missed that ingredient. So much sauce they put it on, I even said something about it but he didn’t do anything about it either. smh They were very slow making my sandwich and another guy that was after me got his before me. Sandwich was just ok. Don’t waste your time. Definitely nothing to rave about. Go to Erik’s Deli if you want a great sandwich and better quality for a chain place. I had to throw half my sandwich out, was just a regular size. Do not think Ill be coming back.

I just used my free coupon I won at the Campbell Octoberfest race. WOW! Best sandwich I have ever had. Already looking forward to coming back. Freebie got me hooked!

Pretty good sandwichs. Very fresh bread and they slice the delimeats fresh. They put too much lettuce and over powers the meats/cheese. Other than that would try again.

I’ve only tried one sandwich here, it was competent, nothing spectacular or unique. Slicing the deli meat for each sandwich is a nice thing, I think it makes for better tasting meat? Beyond the gimmicks, the sandwich was somewhere’s along the lines of Togo’s, but tasted fresher and not as heavy… if that makes sense. There’s something about Togo’s and Subway where all the sandwiches have a similar taste. Lots of other choices in this area, may return if in that shopping center coming out of Orchard Supply and too lazy to drive elsewhere.

Okay okay, I have to give an update! This location has seriously turned itself around. Since my first visit(which wasn’t so hot), every visit that I’ve had since has been perfect. It finally is the store I always knew it could be(give me a break, I LOVE Jersey Mike’s). The staff is better trained and more friendly. It was never a question of the food quality, as that has and always will be amazing. I’m glad to say this location has become just another great franchise, and I will frequent it if I’m ever in the area.

I went to a KRTY radio booth a lil bit ago and they were serving subs from this place for free. One bite of the Italian and OMG it was friggen delicious! So good I came straight here to get a whole one! The subs are a lot bigger than at a subway and they pile on a lot more meat. Also, they cut the meat like an old fashion deli, thick and done right there in front of you, not stored in some bin.

Jersey mikes is really good! I have to say the chicken parmesan is my favorite. Although most of the employees look miserable. When it was time to pay for my chicken parmesan the young man ringing us up looked like he had absolutely no clue what he was doing. He looked confused and needed help but the manager was no where to be found. Maybe management should be more involved and help your employees more and help them be happy! overall though my sandwich was really good but way over priced and employees looked like they hated the place.

This is a sandwich shop and one of the best you can find. The ingredients are extremely fresh and you can’t really get any better than Mike’s way(all the goodies on top). If you’re a fan of other sandwich shops, such as Subway, I strongly advise you re-evaluate your backsliding ways and dig into a Jersey Mike’s sub. You’ll notice the difference immediately, pay the same amount, and experience infinitely better quality. One thing I will say to all those who really enjoy tuna, this place does it right. No need to filter out the over abundance of mayo with a spaghetti strainer like you do with Subway. Albacore tuna, light mayo, pepper and freshly diced celery mixed up and spread over a fresh roll. I think I’ve said all I can say here. It’s just a sandwich after all. Go try it and change your life.

I actually want to give four stars for the taste and quality of service But I’m giving it a two because of my recent visit. I usually order #26 Mike’s way The first experience was amazing Despite the employees skeptical about having it the Mike’s Way I loved it. The sandwich was exploding with the ingredients. It was juicy and the combo of the abundant veggies, olive oil and red winer vinegar was so flavorful with the chicken and ranch. When I went today however, they forgot to to make it the Mike’s Way and also skimped on the ingredients. Got a thin layer of lettuce and three slices of tomatoes… I literally went home and sliced myself extra tomatoes. You don’t skimp and be cheap on a $ 10 sandwich period. You don’t want to become the next Subway. If the service changes equally as my first experience then I’ll change back to four stars.

5 Stars for being great at what they set out to do. The selection of sandwiches and wraps is plentiful, and the staff is super friendly. Also I enjoy getting my subs, «Mike’s Way» which includes all the produce as well as Olive Oil, Red Wine Vinegar and Spices. I had them make me a roast beef with all the above plus avocado Annnd the cherry pepper relish they so brilliantly carry. It was a sub for royalty(not saying i’m royal, but the sub made me feel a bit special! lol). But yes the produce is fresh, and the attitudes behind the counter are positive and outgoing so i shall definitely return. thanks peeps

Great to have in the neighborhood, 2nd in food chain sandwiches to Jimmy John’s but solid. Ask for«light» Mike’s way sauce — even then a lot — maybe I’ll try«light light»

We were in the area & came across this place via Unilocal. The employees greeted us warmly & helped us decide on what to get: #18 the chicken parm, & #99(a combo of #56 — the big kahuna cheese steak & #43 — the chipotle cheese steak). #99: my boyfriend rated it a 4⁄5 #18: 2/5, I felt like it was alright. Something I could have prepared at home, myself… So, it averages a 3⁄5. Overall: I was expecting more from this place in terms of quality, but maybe it was my sub of choice. I felt that it was priced a bit high. I wasn’t full after my regular sub, and neither was my boyfriend. The giant is ridiculous. They should have something in between a regular and giant. Although the place is clean & the employees were helpful, we probably won’t come back again…

Delicious! The classic philly cheesesteak is always my go to. Bonus points go to the awesome staff they have — they really make it a point to treat you like a guest and have real conversations with you that go beyond just the sandwich you are ordering. The facility is clean and the service was quick. They even had a gentleman come by during the meal to refill our drinks for us. They also have tastykakes here!

5 stars for the sandwiches! 4 stars for hurried/confusing service. I usually don’t like subs(Subway, No Way. Quizno’s, Just No. Togo’s, No Go’s.) yet I LOVED the sandwich I got at Jersey Mike’s, to my own surprise! I’m so glad I gave this place a shot, now I can’t wait to go back. I swung by after seeing the sign on Lawrence announcing their opening. I got the #8 Club Sub(Turkey, ham, provolone, bacon, mayo), and was really pleasantly surprised! The bacon was super crispy and added great texture and flavor to every bite. I thought it would be soggy and messy with the Mike’s Way sauce(red wine vinegar and olive oil), but the bread is really good and soaks up the sauce without becoming soggy. What is this wizardry?! I have no idea, but it’s delicious. The seasoning they sprinkle in the sandwich is really tasty. I didn’t think I could finish the regular since it looked huge but before I knew it I had devoured it all! :O Being that you’re watching your sandwich getting made step-by-step, the spotty service is especially noticeable. Like when they switched the numbers for my and my bf’s sandwiches(wrote the wrong numbers on them… they were too slammed during a Sunday afternoon lunch rush to notice). The to-go orders get made at the same time as your order so it’s sometimes hard to tell which one is yours or not, and the cashiers get confused which sandwich is which also. I asked for less sauce since I don’t like messy sandwiches, but the girl seemed to just nod and put the regular amount in anyway. They were super friendly, maybe even overly so, as more than one person asked us what we were up to that day and we got tired of answering lol. Overall, forgiveable though, as they were insanely busy with to-go orders and a long line of hungry people and were going as fast as they could. Hopefully they work out the kinks after being open for a little longer. I really loved the sandwich and am looking forward to when I can swing by for a quick and delicious sandwich again! If all goes well with the service next time, I would gladly give this place 5 stars.

Theyve only been open a few weeks but people have definitely found them. Late Saturday lunch was super packed. Unfortunately that meant the hot station was in the weeds, totally slammed. Had to wait a while for the Phillaroni with bacon. Whats that you might ask? Google the Jersey Mike’s secret menu. Pnilly plus bacon and pepperoni hits the spot. Well cooked, soft roll. worth the wait. Employees are super friendly and had mentioned id hit the secret menu item by chance. You Learn something everyday.

I’ve seen these places around(not sure where) and now that it opened up relatively close I had to give it a try. Being a native Philadelphian, I had to try their Philly Cheese steak. They offer two sizes, the small is literally half of the large. We made the mistake of not getting a large and cutting it in half which would have been a huge savings. Unfortunately the guy didn’t even recommend to do that, but hey, he’s there to make a buck so I get it. In any case, the taste of the cheesesteak was pretty good. The bread was tasty, but the size of the bread needed a bit more meat in my opinion. Some of the bites were a bit too«bready.» The meat, cheese, onions, and peppers were really flavorful though. Interior is nice and clean, but it’s only 2 weeks since they opened. Hopefully they will keep it up. All in all it’s a good cheese steak. I’ll go back and try their subs for sure.

The owner Rudy came by my work to promote his sandwich business 1 week before his grand opening. I came by Jersey’s Mike’s Subs today to give it a try. I ordered there fresh grilled hot sub # 56. The Big Kahuna Cheesesteak. I got the regular sandwich and it taste great. The sandwich had plenty of meat, grilled onions, peperpers, mushrooms, jalapenos, and plenty of cheese which melted onto the meat. The sandwich is amazing. I usually eat at togos or Quiznos, but there sandwich can’t compete with Jersey Mikes. I’m very happy they open near by my work. I will be buying sandwiches from them now. Also the crew that work there are very cheerful and have great public relations with there customers. Something you don’t see too often. Thanks again and Merry Christmas :-)

I love Jersey Mike’s. It’s delicious. I went with the Italian because it was the right thing to do. The customer service was fantastic. The kids working there are happy to be there and helpful. The only setback was the bread later in the day. I went for dinner at about 8pm, and they close at 9pm. The bread didn’t taste fresh… must have still been the morning batch. I look forward to coming back during lunch when that bread is freshy fresh! :-)
