Joan was such a professional, sweet lady! She met us at a location really close to our house. When we got there I realized I forgot the papers! She waited while we went back and got them. She was so nice to do that. She was very professional as we signed the papers and seemed like she really knew what she was talking about. :) we will definitely go back to her if we need something else notarized.

We asked Joan to do a notary service for us on a Sunday at 730pm. One, there are rarely notary services open on a Sunday and she was the few who were open. Two, she drove and met us at our location at our designated time. That is amazing service! She was very professional and very experienced and got us on our way in no time. Thank you Joan!
