Joe first came to me as a repair person through my home warranty. Filter system had broken signficantly and he was the man sent to save the day. He did and in a nice, efficient manner.
I had another company at the time to maintain my pool monthly but Joe’s experience with thermal panels and his very approachable manner, I felt it important to have him on my team and quickly! Was one of the best decisions I’ve made.
He’s very thorough, dependable and has since installed a gas heater, replaced my incandescent lighting for beautiful multi-​colored LED (cost savings & cool at the same time), and for maintained my pool system for over a year. NEVER a complaint. After much discussion with Joe, I’m now looking forward to working with him to get my salt water system installed.

I’ve used Joe twice. First time my home warranty company referred me to him. He replaced the control board on my heater. The second time he told me the thermal fuse was blown and replaced it. $ 95 for diagnosis and any labor that would need to follow. A day after replacing the fuse, it was blown again. I called Joe up to let him know that he didn’t find the root cause of the problem and asked him to come back. He refused and told me to replace the whole heater. I was very disappointed in Joe’s follow through especially since he seemed like a nice guy. I have since fixed the heater myself. I talked to technical support then spent 30 min replacing the fuse and cleaning the heater with a shop vac. It has been working ever since.
