No stars! My son had a photoshoot to get his ZEN card never got it so I try to get my money back but the company is closed! Obviously for a reason they’re big scammers! Also the website hasn’t changed and the main number online is disconnect!

Company closed, our $ 300 is stolen. Repeated emails to George after failing to schedule our first photo shoot were ignored or deflected with lies, and we received only one email recently, and it states, «COMPANY CLOSED /​EMAIL CLOSED /​CALL CASEY CALDWELL 408 455 9815 /​SHE IS THE OWNER»

I took my daughter here a few years ago, and it was creepy. They have a video being recorded with the kids in a big room. The guy was weird and reminded me of a pedophile. Then he gave me a folder with different packages to buy to make portfolios and other crap and then I was like FORGET IT. One thing I learned is that when they want money right away then it is a scam! The man kept calling and bugging and I was not interested. Legit places ask for simple non-​profession, non-​touched up photos, nothing fancy. I will go that route instead. Oh, and this place had something hanging on the wall in the front lobby showing all the kids names and where they got placed, ya, totally fake! And whoever posted about how much they loved this place is obviously a fake too! If you got that much money to spend on wasting classes here you might as well study at a legit School of Arts!

Biggest SCAM! Especially the guy name George who constantly calls me to get me to sign up for audition. He’s pretty good at putting on an act to show how special and talented you are to get you on a money plan. I’ve haven’t heard of any famous actors or talents that they’ve yet to put out. PLEASE stop stealing people’s money!

As others have mentioned, this company is not trustworthy, in the least.
In September 2012, we took our two daughters to an «audition» to determine if they wanted to start classes. At the time, they thought they did, so we enrolled them both in a class, and left a check for the tuition.
Before doing so, however, I specifically asked about their reimbursement policies. They assured me, both verbally as well as in writing (in the contract we signed) that they would honor a 100%, no questions asked, reimbursement if received within three days.
After I picked up our daughters, that same day, they both relayed to me that they did not want to continue. Therefore, the following day, I diligently sent them a fax, an email, and a voice mail. The first two had our signed cancellation page.
Evidently, they ignored it all, went ahead and cashed our check.
I have been leaving them voice mails since.
No one has ever picked up the phone, nor responded to any of my messages.
It is INCREDIBLE that a company of such questionable practices is allowed to continue and clearly prey on our children.
Somebody is asleep at the wheel somewhere, to allow these people to go on.
If you are lucky enough to be reading this BEFORE giving them your money, just don’t. If you are, like me, stupid enough to not have checked Unilocal before, post your experience. Who knows, maybe somebody someone will notice.

we where approached at the mall by some lady asking if we would be interested and we said sure but it turns out that they wanted $ 1500 for some photo shoot pics, what a joke i almost started laughing at the guy, like are u serious? so i said thanks for your time have a great day.

I have an appointment for my daughter, and decided to check up on this place before driving all the way to San Jose. Wow, what a disappoinment to learn that another agency just wants money, and isn’t interested in representing kids who want to act, or model. I’ll be canceling my appointment for sure.

I sent my son’s information through an advertisement on Unilocal.Later that evening I got a call asking me if I was interested in casting him etc. my wife and I agreed. So we went to SJ, some lady by the name of Cassie met with us and said that she was interested in Cristian and offered us some classes at 1k per month.
My son was kinda hesistant in the beg. but was able to fit in with the kids after. We called in sick for his next visit, left a message and never got a call back from anyone stating they had received our message. The week after we had a bday party to go to and they still never called us asking why isn’t he coming etc. We received a call when it was time for them to receive payment. We decided not to continue because obviously they were interested in only the $$$. I don’t recommend this place. They tell you you have the image and have some agents available but not true. They just want $$$. Don’t be fooled by the guy George’s appearance.

This so called modeling agency is a joke. I should have talked to others in the legit modeling and acting field. I would have saved a lot of money. I was told by more than a few in the industry that this place is known in the industry as a joke and a rip off! They will promise you and your kids the world and give nothing. It’s all money money money!!! We paid $ 1700.00 for some ridicules books and a joke of a class. Then it was this so called I Pop. I sat and listened to this guy give a marketing 101 demo. It was all I could do not to laugh out loud. We have since got our daughter signed by multible agents. Here it is in a nut shell. Get you child some head shots. Call the agents in SF and ask if they rep children. Get the time and date of there open call and go! If they want your child then great. It is that easy. So please save you money and stay away from John Robert Rip off!

My wife and I took our son and duaghter her after my wife was approached at the mall. We went to one of their «auditions» and later was told that there were agents interested in signing our kids — specificially — 5 interested in our daughter and 8 interested in our son. Then they told us we needed to get ZED cards to send to the agents, we did this — $ 1,200.00 — then the asked for another $ 200 to put them in the mail. My reply was what the … I’ll put them in the mail myself. The called us back (before I put them in the mail). This time just my wife went down and they told her we needed sign up for some event they were putting on in LA to get our kids in front of the agents and we would have to pay: $ 4,900 for each kid and $ 2,400 for each adult. That’s $ 14,600.00 for what??? So, I called them and asked why they were trying to up-​sell us? And why they hadn’t delivered on the promised agents that they used to hook us? The person I talked to said he would look into it and call us back. No return phone call. I have called several times and no one will return any phone calls and they have stoped calling us back for more auditions.

I have NO idea why nobody has commented on this place. We got stopped in the mall by a guy who works for them and he asked if i wanted my son to be a model and i said ok not if it’s a scam so whats the catch and he just asked for my name and number and sons name. I got a call from a lady saying auditions were thurs night at 7. She also said that it would just be filling out a form and hand in 2 headshots of him and they would take a 10 second video and if they liked him we’d get a call back… it didnt go down like that… there were about 70 people all together, they put everyone in this giant room which took FOREVER to get everyone settled down and kids were screaming while they played a stupid video about a blonde kid that was casted for a bunch of disney shows talking about having fun and confidence. okay my kid is under 2. i dont need to watch that. i just signed him up for commercial modeling as i checked on the form! so then seriously it’s 8 oclock… my kid is getting cranky it’s close to his bedtime… the lady said 7pm for the audition. not watch a EFFIN video and hear a lady yack and yack for an hour and THEN hand in pics and do a 10 second vid! seriously. stupid and so unorganized. plus at the end they hand you a pamphlet saying if all clients are required to have photoshoots and they list prices from $ 600-​$ 1750 packages!!! HAHAHA can you smell a scam!!! im sure everyone will be getting a call back!!!
