I been in the IT business for 17 years, for 5 years I have been supporting 10 car dealers and servicing PC’s, servers, supporting WIFI, switches, routers and some printer repairs, but when I can’t fix it I call JPR, Juan always shows and makes the repairs. Sometimes its too costly and recommends a replacement, which he can get in 24 hours so my customer has little down time, even at times he has loaners and loans them to us at no charge till our replacement shows. All I can say you can’t beat that service and it takes pressure and stress of me as it makes my job easier and my customers happy.
He is very nice and thoughtful, treats everyone with respect, which these days is hard to find. I have recommended he services to others and they all been happy.
