This is very small does not have a lot of items other Hallmark stores do and you are lucky if you catch them on a good day by being nice to you. I would much rather go to another one where they appreciate myself and my business and tell me without dragging it out of them the specials on purchases I get at a discount price. Also only go during day a little safer but never at night.

I called to find out whether they have giant cards(the ones that are 2 feet tall) for teacher appreciation, she said no. I asked again whether they have thank you, she said let me check. After 2 minutes, she came back and said yes, we have one style of giant cards that says thank you. Yes, I got all my information, but her attitude and the way she said it was not nice. I would prefer to have a nice associate helping me out.

Fairly small hallmark store inside of a mall. It has a fair share or cards ranging from birthday to anniversary to get well cards and everything in between anywhere from 99 cents to $ 5. They also have picture frames, a few stuffed animals and other little items.

I made a purchase a month ago for a Father’s Day gift. When Father’s Day came around, I took out the gift and realized that it was not in the box. It took three tries to get someone to do something(twice when the manager was not there and once when she was there). I was made to feel like an idiot by the cashiers for not checking the box before leaving the store, then the manager says that she couldn’t do anything about it. She also made me feel like an idiot. This just ruined my day.

This review is all about the hallmark at the Westfield/Oakridge location, this is in no relation to the Eastridge location. But I did feel the need to share my thoughts on the Oakridge location an their staff: I’m a Nurse, I have a couple of blind friends I made this year. I had no idea where to get x-mas cards for the blind, but have been told by other nurses that the hallmark in the mall was selling some xmas cards that had braille. So I go to the hallmark and can’t find the cards, found some crazy xmas russian ones but no cards for the blind, and I can’t find anyone on the floor, so I wait in the longest time to ask where I can find these braille xmas cards. As I get to the front of the line I ask where I can find the xmas cards and I get this. Me: I’m looking to buy some xmas cards with braille for the type set. Them:. Braille? For the blind? Me: Yeah, I was thinking I needed about four of them. Them: Why would you get the blind a card, they can’t see? Me: … erm. So do you have them? Them: No.(she and her other coworker look at each other like I’m a dork) I don’t think it’s right to buy a card for the blind people. You’ll hurt their feelings. And then people in line start to get annoyed that I’m not buying anything and the group start to snicker and I leave empty handed… I leave feeling almost ashamed that I would want to give my blind friend a xmas card. Damn, hallmark really knows how to kill someone a little inside.
