So I fractured my ankle(well, I didn’t break my own ankle) and we went to the emergency room. They have good doctors and nurses there, and they really focus on you. A couple weeks later we saw a doctor and he said I might have to have surgery on the ankle. He needed to check with an orthopedic specialist doctor first though. He kind of moved to the primary doctor for me, and he said he might have to cut me open and open my fracture and put some pins in. But, they always look for a better option, and he asked a arthroscopic surgeon if he thought he could go in with a scope and he could! That’s what ended up happening, and the main doctor told us he might still have to put pins in, but I didn’t need them! They took care of me, and the surgery went very well. I definitely recommend this hospital and I would have another surgery here(hopefully not, though) if I needed one. They walk you through the process very clearly and well. My anesthesia story is a funny one, too! This is a great Kaiser!

Went in today for a flu shot. They have them in the M.O.B. building. Adult registration is on the right side closest to ER outside entrance, children are on the left side outside entrance. There was only one person in line. So, I got in with two kids, filled in their forms and got the shot in under 10minutes — The way it should be! Kaiser has improved its flu procedures and has about 3 nurses either side giving shots and about 3 ladies registering which makes the process smooth. 4 stars.
