Kent Olson, LCSW

I’m writing this long overdue review for Kent as a clinical supervisor. I worked for a staffing agency as an MSW and was in need of a clinical supervisor. I called several LCSW’s in the community and received a prompt response from Kent. He was conscientious of our time together, making sure he fully understood the clients I worked with in whatever setting I was placed. Kent worked to ensure our goals and objectives were met, discussed ethics, different perspectives, and helped familiarize me with the DSM-​IV and V. He really put me at ease, as I was a bit anxious about supervision, especially with me working for a different employer. I really wish I could’ve stayed with him throughout my entire supervisory experience!
