King of Kleen

Horrible beyond belief! I was referred to this guy from a family friend because of his cheap rate and decent service. The owner does bumper repair, auto detailing and carpet cleaning. I wanted to bring my car in for a detail before putting it up for sale. I had some heavy scratches that needed to be touched up. Brought the car in and was quoted 220.00
The day after I drop off my car, Don calls me to tell me he needs to charge me another 75.00. He said he’s going to fix the scratches right so if i decide to keep it, the paint will be for long term. Of course i didnt agree to it because we agreed on a price before hand. At the end he asked for just another 20.000 for the paint. I agree to just get it over with.
I pick up the car at night and everything looks presentable besides the circulr buff marks and parts of the car not looking right. I’m not into cars so i couldn’t really see in detail what was and wasn’t done with the car.
Fast forward one week– I put the car up for sale on craigslist and get an offer. The other guy brings the car into a Honda autobody shop. The mechanic tells me my car was totally messed. Looks like a kid with spray paint did the work. He sanded down the scratch marks then spray painted. He spray painted the tail lights on my car. The parts he touched up looked dull and no long had a shine. To the naked eye you can’t see but the professionals saw. The mechanic then tells me thr paint job will probably not last very long. In the end i lost the sale. Three weeks later i put the car up for sale again and end up selling for 1500.00 under my asking price. I left a message to Don to see if it was the truth the paint job was shabby and suprise he never called me back.
I was referred to him and he did me dirty. Can you imagine how he would treat someone walking into his place of business not knowing him from squat? I guess I had it coming, you get what you pay for.
