I went there because I needed a new cord recoil for my Toro lawn mower. The man behind the counter finds one for the back, out of package and sell it to me for 40 bucks. I get it home and attach it. Pull on the cord twice and the recoil pops out of its housing and the cord won’t retract. I take it back and the same man who sold it to me and he tells me I’m the one who broke it and no refund or replacement, which if true would take some skill on my part. Whatever you do don’t go here, they don’t take pride in there craft.

I had to run to the local OSH hardware store, because they don’t carry a replacement mower blade for my electric engine lawn mower. However, the man was very knowledgeable and did not forcibly try to install the heavier universal blade I had previously purchased and brought to him. The man took the time to show me exactly how to install the new blade once I receive the correct one from Sears. After all of that, he did not even charge me for removing the blade from my mower! That’s cool of him to do that.

Terrible. Charged over $ 40 to change 1 gasket. Never called to get authorization and took over 2 days to complete the work. They carry no parts and the equipment costs more than other dealers.

This place is great. They are fast and efficient with repairs. Prices are way better then gardenland and sears combined. I highly recommend this place to rent and repair ur equipment.

I took my dad’s mower over tow King’s a fews month back to figure out why it had trouble starting. Tu(i think that was his name) was quick to help. He swapped the motor oil, air filter, and made a few adjustments and voila, my mower started like a champ. He even sharpened the blades for me while I waited. Great service, and knowledge. I’d definitely bring my mower back to this shop when it needs service.

If customer service is important than stay away from them. They have good prices but they’re horrible at trying to understand at what the customer needs. Robots have better AI than these people running this shop. Their translator/Salesman Tu gives you a condescending attitude as soon as you meet him. Go find out for yourself, your experience may be different. I’m checking out Gardenland next!
