They charge 10 $ membership fee for discounted price of laser game. The last game of day on weekends is called as ironman game which is 30 mins instead of 15 mins playing time.

Not impressed with this place. We celebrated my son’s 7 birthday at this place yesterday. We were scheduled for 12pm — 2pm. The staff was rude and started checking in the children at 2.11pm. The line to check in was incredibly long. The game itself was fun but lasted a short 20 mn. The kids at our party had to play with older children from another party, so wayyyy too many kids were playing at the same time. They were supposed to provide plates, napkins, forks. On 2 occasions I had to go to the front desk to ask for more plates and cups. No table cloth, no knives, no water,(we had to get water from the bathroom!!!) no matches, nothing! At 1.58pm, someone came to told us to vacate the room as another party was ready to take over the room. Overall, a pretty bad experience. Way too many birthdays at the same time and the staff is clearly not involved and hate their job!

Overall, the facility and offers are fine. The a-OK rating is coming from the challenge that I think this business fundamentally has when putting a group of 12 year olds versus a group of teens into the arena. Both sides complained of physical kicking and showing. I know that there is always an element of we-said versus they-said, but even with an extra set of eyes in the arena and the 12 year olds calling for the marshall, we had this physical contact issue for both rounds. The management team did a good job remediating the situation. My tip for anyone who is sending their kid(s) into the arena, be sure they know what they will encounter & also see if there is any way to more evenly match the age groups.

I came here on a Sunday at 7pm I was told I could only play one game, as they close at 8. Looked at the door, they practically close at 9 other days. They should try to open until 10:30 for adult crowd. Anyways as we are talk to clerk, we see kids jumping on top of the air hockey table. All the staff gathered in one area, gossiping, laughing, and doing nothing to stop the child. I feel the staff here either lacks guidance, are lazy, or just don’t care. On another note, laser tag field was great. Lots if places to shoot from.

This is a great place for a birthday celebration. I decided to take my girlfriend out on a small date to remind us about the old times when we were young. Keynote: I called ahead to see what their wait time was. Usually there’s a lot of big parties so if you go with a small group you be placed into the big party Each game is 10 dollars and it’s about 20 mins for a game! It gets really hot in there!!! But it’s totally worth it !

Came here with a group of friends, we had such a fun time! The arena is bigger than the Mountain view location, there’s also a spacious lobby with arcade games and party rooms to accommodate huge crowds. They had a deal for 3 games for $ 22(normally each game is $ 10). Some tips and tricks for playing: 1. Since the sides of your laser gun are shootable targets, turning your gun on its side a.k.a wielding it gangster style would prevent making those targets shootable. 2. The gun also has a speaker that beeps and makes noise whenever you are shot and when you’re cool down period is over. The speaker is quite loud, which gives away your position to people. You can cover the speaker, located on the back of the gun, with your hand to silence it.

Absolute awesomesauce! I rate them five stars for everything from their friendly and helpful staff, the new laser tag gears and the maze, to the cleanliness of the restrooms. The maze is large enough to get you a little lost, and there are towers to climb and hide. You could hurt yourself though by falling or bumping into walls. As long as you follow the rules and watch your steps, the game is extremely fun and gives you a healthy dose of cardio exercise. I’m an experienced laser-tagger and I love this place. Of course, I’ll come back.

Great birthday location. It’s bigger than the Mountain View location, and cleaner too! Staff was super accommodating and the kids had a great time. And so did I — the maze is pretty big and wonderful. Thanks, great job!

This place is hella weak, it’s not even worth coming here, they close way too early, there’s is nothing in the front door kids to play with, no arcade, no snack bar, I do not refer anyone to come here at all, I think I even heard crickets when I first stepped in the building. With a place like this I wouldn’t dought that it’ll stay that way too.

We went when they had a soft opening and the whole crew were very friendly and helpful. Of course everything was pretty new to not only us, but them as well, but they handled everything perfectly well. This is a really good spot for people of all ages and I’ve heard that they really do their best when throwing birthday parties! Must try.

I took the whole family to Laser quest and we had a great time. The new maze is much bigger than the one in Mountain View. The lobby is also much bigger which made for a more relaxing wait for the game to start. The best part though was the employees. During the 15 or 20 minutes we waited to get started they played games with us and made the whole time a lot of fun. They were all very friendly. The feeling I got when I went to the Mountain View site was that I was in a very loud and crowded night club. The feeling I got at the new site was a fun and family friendly gaming experience. I’ll definitely be back.

I finally found the time to visit this new location. It was easy to find since they don’t have a big sign up yet but it wasn’t hard to find. It looked empty-ish on the inside so I came to the conclusion that they opened prematurely to get the holiday season sales in. Their maze is fairly large at 2.5 levels. My 2 friends and I were the only ones there so we had some good competivism going on. I think once they finish opening completely and more people start coming it will be a really cool attraction in the community.

My family & I have been waiting for this place to open since they took a chunk out of my gym next door during the construction. We used to frequent the Laser Quest in Mt. View because we really enjoy playing laser tag but the 25 min drive is a bit far. We were stoked to find out a new Laser Quest was coming to town! Just a 5 min drive from home and literally next door to my gym. This LQ is definitely bigger than the one in Mt. View. The lobby area is spacey, there are new arcade machines, two basketball machines, an ice hockey table, about 3 vending machines and a large waiting area. Seats are limited but plenty of room to stand while you wait for your mission to start. They also have a few separate rooms for private birthday parties or events. Pricing– It is $ 10 for a 15 min game, $ 8 if you have a membership. Memberships are good for a year at $ 10 per person. The Iron Man match runs for 30 mins long at $ 13. Those games usually start near closing time. Make sure you check their webpage for specials, they had a deal of $ 22 for 3 games over the Christmas holiday! Tips– There are lockers to store your things. Make sure not to bring anything along that you are not comfortable holding for the duration of your game. Just don’t bring anything at all! You’ll probably end up losing it while running around trying to get your kill ratio up, I mean– score, while trying to get your score up! ;) Also, vending machine snacks are super expensive; just walk 6 stores down to the nearby liquor store if you want snacks. Customer service– We had a good experience during our time there, so no complaints. They were nice teenagers. Why not 5 stars? Room for improvement! 1. A couple of benches in the lobby is a good start. The waiting room is way too small, especially if you have a lot of players in your game. 2. There are no toilet seat covers in the women’s restroom.(Not sure for the men’s) 3. Lockers would be great! Moms like myself need a place to store our belongings while we join in on the fun! Who wants to run around while holding a purse or a set of keys that could get lost during the mission? I’m trying to get to first place, don’t need things holding me down! All in all, we had a great time and will be back! If HAHAGOTCHA gets you, you better run because she’ll get you again!
