My family had the opportunity to use Mr. Welsh, for my nephews DUI and they were extremely happy. Christopher explained the process to my nephew and family 100% they were happy and if they ever need a attorney they will use Mr. Welsh he is professional, he knows his way around the court house I definitely recommend him.

Chris represented me for a DUI-​and I could not be happier with his representation. Professional, knowledgeable, and very kind, Chris handled the matter from beginning to end seamlessly and took a lot of pressure off of me during what was an embarrassing and stressful time. I had the opportunity to work with Chris towards resolution of a difficult DV issue. He was a zealous advocate for his client but was always professional and courteous to me on the other side. I would use and recommend him for any DV issue.
He also seems to know the criminal justice system very well. I had a few unrelated criminal questions and he really shined in understanding the issue despite me only providing limited information. He knew what was at stake and how different counties/​jurisdictions would handle the issue. If you’re looking for a criminal lawyer or traffic lawyer to help you with a criminal or traffic matter, you owe it to yourself to at least consult with Chris Welsh.

Chris handled the resolution of a speeding ticket for me that I received in August 2013. He was professional and prompt in responding to my questions and requests. It is clear that he has a lot of experience in dealing with traffic tickets throughout the Bay Area.
I received my ticket in Santa Clara County, driving on 280 in the Palo Alto area. He was familiar with the process for challenging the ticket in the Palo Alto courthouse, knew the judges, and knew the deputies.
Ultimately, Chris achieved a great result. He reduced the fine that I was required to pay for the ticket and was able to ensure that I can attend traffic school to get the point off my record. He also got me plenty of time to pay the fine (three months). I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to challenge a ticket, especially if you need to attend traffic school to have the point removed from your record.

Mr. Welsh took care of all of my traffic needs — I simply provided him my paperwork and he took care of everything from there. For less than what the speeding ticket would have cost, Mr. Welsh took care of everything! I didn’t have to pay the ticket, nor did I receive any points on my license. I would absolutely use him again and recommend him for anyone who wants help with a traffic ticket! He helped me understand the process, told me what my options were, and did all of the work. It was so fantastic to not have to worry about anything after I hired him — that alone would have been worth the cost. If I get another speeding ticket, I will call Mr. Welsh right away.
