Honestly, if I can give Dr. Le and her practice a «0» STARS I totally would. I spent thousands of dollars to have a beautiful smile, and so far after 3+ years it’s not anything that I am expecting. $ 5000++ is definitely not worth it here. I regret not doing further research before settling for her to do work my teeth. Then again what did I know? I was just 18 years old paying for my own orthodontist treatment, and wanted to get my overbite fixed ASAP! I didn’t think to look into other orthodontists because this place was closer by to where I live. I’ve been having such an awful experience with her techniques and like the last two posts my bite is still horrible. I still have an overbite and my teeth are much smaller/shorter than before which sucks. My smile shows less teeth, or actually it doesn’t show anything when i smile. It is so narrow! My wisdom teeth have already grown in and she told me to just keep it, while other general dentists recommend that I go ahead and pull it out. Every appointment, I always give my input and she does sometimes, try to accommodate how I want my teeth. I can tell she gets frustrated but hey I am the one who paid you thousands of dollars to give me perfect(or almost perfect) teeth. One time she showed her frustration as she continuously tugged/pinched on my lip saying it’s the thickness of my lips that’s not giving me the smile I prefer. Ok, you don’t need to pull or pinch my lips that’s rude! Typically, when I get too irritated I just shut up and let her finish tying my ties so I can leave immediately. Also, she’s only changed my wires like twice. That is disgusting! I am 22 years old now and my braces are still on. Are you kidding me? My teeth was not extremely awful before, if I were to compare pictures my smile was much better before the braces treatment and I looked A ALOT happier. Now, my smile looks so force and you cannot see any of my teeth?! Why., #1WORSTORTHODONTISTEVER!!!

I’m happy with Dr. Le. She’s very communicative and honest, especially about her fees. I love her staff, they’re very supportive and friendly. I really feel bad for those people who had a bad experience. It seems like isolated incidents to me because all I hear are good things about Dr. Le. I came to her as a referral from my dentist and was also referred to her by another former patient. She did a great job on their teeth and what they enjoyed the most is the experience of working with Dr. Le. She’s very understanding and patient. Which are great qualities for an Orthodontist who works with children all day. So, take my review with a grain of salt. My experience has been a positive one and I wouldn’t let other people’s bad experience trump a possibly great experience from happening for you or for your children. #388

Thats too bad for«0» STARS. I agree with the first feedback. First of all you have to pay for 2 xrays and impression. Everything should be finalized for one payment, not separate. Already she is digging over $ 4K from your pockets plus more hidden fees!!! Unbelievable! Then they dont tell you the fees until after you receive your retainers that same follwing day. Not professional at all. She does sloppy work!!! Wish I had never gone there. BIGMISTAKE!!! I shouldnt have listened to my dentist. Although my dentist is the best but not this orthodontist. I’m taking my son somewhere else, NOTHANKSLETHAODDS!!!(((shaking head)))

I don’t think anyone should go to this orthodontist. First of all, I came in with a really bad bite, and now it is different each time without any good changes. Secondly, I was told to get my wisdom teeth pulled out so my second molars will grow out straight since one of the molars were a bit crooked. So after awhile it ends up being completely horizontal. And till this day January 11, 2011 it has been like this and she has no idea what she can do but to send me to a specialist(where I got my wisdom teeth removed) which doesn’t help either because it is no a 50⁄50 chance to get it straight. I thank her so much for all the money I have spent on one tooth.
