Lester’s Sushi Express

We first hired Lester for my husband’s monthly craft beer night. There were 8 adults, and enough to feed all of us (4 being huge guys) and some. He was very clean in his set-​up, and his presentation was restaurant style quality.
I have to say– I am very much a SNOB about my sushi! I only really go to one place, maaaybe two. I like what I like, and I stay loyal. But after having Lester’s, he made me a believer! His attention to detail with his sushi rice is impeccable. He quickly became the number ONE spot on my list!
Being an event planner (Cheryl-​Chic Events), I referred Lester’s Sushi Express to a client. She was overjoyed with his services, as he fed + entertained well beyond his contracted time. He was the highlight of the event, and always had his booth surrounded with happy guests even preparing custom orders. The serving platters never stayed full!
From what I heard, he acquired many inquiries from that night alone! We have also put in our request for another family dinner! Can’t wait.

Lester went above + beyond for my housewarming ! The sushi was delicious, light, and everyone was a huge fan. He was very accomadating to my guests and i was extremly happy ! i wanted something sophisticated + fun and he delivered that ! To top it off, we had delicious saki shots with quail eggs, hows that for different? my friends are still talking about his unforgettable sushi ! ive already saved a date for my birthday !
