I think it is safe to say this place has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The representative at the front desk could not be bothered to put down her cell phone and stop looking at Facebook for the entire 20 minutes I was there. They will never know that I was there to furnish an entire office with cash and wound up leaving because of the absolute lack of service. Truly, truly horrible.

our company just opened an office in San Jose, and we needed some office furniture. I looked online and found Liberty Liquidators. I called Fernando and right away I new I got to the right place ! Fernando was very nice and answered all my questions. When I arrived to the store — everything was waiting for me exactly as we planned. I added some other items Fernando recommended and even got a good price for the whole bundle. Now our office looks great !!

Monica and Fernando have been wonderful. Monica has figured out how to configure our work spaces in the best way possible and Fernando helped move us with only three days notice. Our original movers backed out and Fernando helped us over Friday and Saturday. Our space looks great!!!

I bought some cubicles and chairs. The prices were 35% cheaper than any other place I searched and I did my due diligence. Great selection of everything! They delivered the cubicles and set them up the next day. Great value and professional installation– what more can you ask for? Thanks!

I walked in, two feet from the reception desk, past the only other person in the dead-​quiet 10,000sq ft warehouse. She didn’t say a word, direct her gaze upward, or otherwise acknowledge my existence.
Stock looks ok, there aren’t always prices listed on the items. The warehouse would be an excellent place to film the final sequence of a horror movie.

I’ve been using Craig’s help since I opened my business back in 2003 which has gone through two major expansions. He’s provided clear and simple answers to my questions and his advice has never steered me wrong. I think every chair here and about 50% of the other furniture have all came from Liberty. Craig knows I’m super budget conscience and that’s where his advice has really helped me personally. He makes sure I don’t use lower quality where I need high quality and will tell me if he thinks I’m about to waste money on something (helps me maintain a good balance). They also seem to have the best price and are most flexible in their pricing. I’d encourage you to be open about what you’re doing and your budget and use them to help you develop a solution. Their deliveries have been always on time and everything has been in prefect working order. PS I think Monica’s plenty smart but her prices are higher and prefer working with Craig or her husband when it comes to price — but that maybe just me.
