Called about squirrels in attic. Rep said no problem, do it all the time, just booked another job for the same problem. I asked about warranty. He said for that, I must talk to the manager. Manager called back, said he would have to «pass» on the job. Tells you how confident they are about what they do. Feel sorry for that other guy that booked the appt before me.

Used them for a gopher problem. Caught one which made me happy. Payed them $ 275. But then there were more mounds so they put me on a $ 135 monthly svc (ouch!). Didn’t work after another month so we cancelled. So I’m out $ 410 with the same gopher problem.

I have used Little David Pest Control for over 10 years. We have been long time customers who’ve had gopher and mole problems on and off for years and this company has helped us manage and control these rodents. Hector is our service rep and he is the most pleasant and courteous person we know. They come monthly and whenever we spot any additional or heavy activity, they come within 24 hours to take care of the problem. We’ve tried Clark before, and they are a terrible service and are overpriced. Little David has exceeded our expectations.

I had Rats in the attic and was recommended by my property manager to Little David, they did a recommendation of where rats may have a access to the attic, which is OK, but they said they would put 3 traps in the attic, and they did, but the service man did not even get up to the attic, he just put all 3 traps in the entrance of the attic, which in a joke. They charged 225 for this service, I will not use them for the follow up visits, of course !!

I called to explain the problem. Seemed to be a normal basic issue. I told him that I had roaches and was asking for rates. I told him the problem, there are roaches and its a duplex, we want to exterminate both sides. His reply was, «I’ll pass.» I wasn’t sure what he meant I said excuse me?” He replied again, I’ll pass, no thanks?
I looked this guy up on google. Very unprofessional
