My Real Estate agent, Maria Bautista, found my ideal home. Maria took the time to get to know me and truly listened to what I wanted in a home. She was very patient and ensured that as a first time home buyer, I understood the process. Not only did she find my ideal home but she also put my interest ahead of hers and really went to bat for me. It was as if she was buying the house herself! I truly believe that Maria honestly cares about her clients and makes sure that you are buying the best house possible for your money. I highly recommend Maria to all of my friends and family and to anyone else out there that is looking for their ideal house to call home!

Maria just helped my husband and I found our first home! Our budget was tight, but she’s taking her time showing all the possible properties that fit our budget.
She’s easy to work with, and she’s available for me all the time: phone calls, text messages, emails, and she’s available even after mid-​night. She’s shortened the paperwork turn over time, since she has prepared them before the regular working hours.
Maria has been handling all the schedules between all other correspondence parties and us, including the listing agent, title company, inspectors, etc. Every time I had any questions, she’s able to find out the answers for me in a timely manner.
Maria has also offered to purchasing the first year home warranties after the seller refused to pay for it, and my husband and I are truly appreciated. She printed out shipping labels and change of address postcards for me as well! Love them!
She also referred an awesome mortgage adviser Paula Cochran, who I also highly recommend as well.
