Mike is a true professional, a dying breed. You figure there are two types of repair people out there, ones that want to take your money, and ones that want to get the job done, and keep you as a customer. Mike is a stand-up guy, 100%. He explained to me what he was doing and why, which was great. I’m the type of guy that wants to know the details, but would prefer the expert to do the work. Mike is the right guy for the job. Came prepared, and I have 100% confidence in him. I wont name any names, but there;s another guy locally that is a rookie compared to Mike(even though that guy claims many years of repair…) Mike is the best, happy to have a guy like him around to help fix my pinball machines.

Mike was fantastic! He arrived on time and got right to work. In addition to repairing and cleaning my machine, he taught me a lot about how it works and how I can do general maintenance. He had all of the bulbs and rubber replacements with him — and used the remainder of his time to clean the playfield and ensure the machine is properly leveled. I highly suggest Mike for maintenance and repair!

When I bought my first pinball machine, I wanted to learn how to take care of it and repair whatever broke. Unfortunately, the ferris wheel on my Cyclone stopped working before I’d had a chance to learn much about it. I called Mike and he fixed my ferris wheel, but more importantly helped me learn an awful lot about my machine. In the 90 minutes he was over, he fixed the main issue, but also 4 or 5 other things that were going on with my machine also. He was willing to help teach me how things worked and how to clean and repair issues as they came along. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing their machine looked at.
