McCall Gym Group

This company represents Gold’s Gym in the area and as for the gym-​great! This portion however handles the money and cancellation of members accounts. After being a member for about a year or so I switched jobs and my company has a gym (free) so there was no need for a membership any longer. I called my gym and asked what I needed to do to cancel my membership and they gave me a fax # and was told to send a letter saying that I would like to cancel. I was told not to expect a call back and after about a month went by i had forgotten about it. To my surprise when I checked my bank account it was overdrawn by 180 dollars!!! The charge that had gone through was my one time fee to keep my monthly down. Utterly confused and upset I called the McCall Gym group only to be pass and put into every voice mail and never able to talk to a live person. I tried to fax them again 2 times and I haven’t received a single phone call or anything from one person. With my account overdrawn and each day going further in the hole I grew more and more confused why I hadn’t heard back. over 2 weeks have gone by and not a single thing has been done to resolve this issue!
