More expensive then others. My husband had to return cuz rhey forgot the fries and the MANAGER accused him of eating them!!! Yea right… hes gunna drive all the way back just for a small fry that he ate… psh your fries arent THAT good. He went back for our grandaughter… then they accuse him. One lousy fry? Unbelievable. NEVER GOING BACK to capital and berryessa again. evev tho its around the corner. Ill go to the mckee and jackson. They’re kinder. All of you should do the same

Yes, I am reviewing a Mcdonald’s. It is a guilty pleasure that I indulge in probably too much. But what the review is for is the drive-​thru. This place has it right. They hire teenage kids who speak well (aka no accents), have good manners, friendly and gives me what I ordered, how I ordered. This is how a fast food place should operate. It’s not meant for grown adults to make a career out of. Although if they take it seriously enough they can work their way up to management and actually have a decent career– in management. I had a friend do that and was quite successful in his own right. But that’s off topic. This McDonald’s hires the appropriate staff and that’s why they get 3 stars.

The mozzarella sticks were fresh out of the fryer! The staff were very polite and friendly. We are from out of town and would come back to this location.

This got to be one of the worst McDonald’s around, every time I come here with me kids to eat breakfast or lunch there is never any where to sit people are just sitting around not eating they’re sitting there talking or using there computer. If you come here this place is only good for their drive thru

I am a veteran, I came to this McDonald’s in between my calls to grab something to eat. Asked if there was any promo for veterans day and was told they do not honor the day. I will never be back to this or any other McDonald’s. I wish I could leave 0 stars

Every time I come only one lane is open beats the whole having two lanes to make Service faster!!!

i went there to eat with the homie and ao far the service and food was good.
but to the tall skinny white caucasian lady who told me «check the screen bro»
you check the screen bro you had the order all messed up and greeted me with hostility. get ur stuff together before someone tell you off.

Whoever the workers were on ⁹⁄₂₀ at 1:50 AM were really really really rude. The women on the drive thru was really rude. I told her we weren’t ready yet and she said «OKAY THANK YOU!» With the worst attitude. We gave her the benefit of the doubt. Maybe she was busy? We don’t know.

TWO stars! TypicaL McDonaLd’s fast food with hit or miss customer service. This Location doesn’t wow me in any way but the fact that it’s conveniently down the street, aLways brings me back.
This location is opened 24 hours (drive thru) so be prepared for a long wait for all you late night eaters.
They absolutely skimp you on condiments so if you’re a heavy chicken nugget dipper like myself, be sure to bring extra change for that extra charge for sauce! WompWompWomp

Negative stars for this place! Only one order lane was open so it was backed up. To top it off, they were super slow in cranking out the orders! I waited over 10 minutes! Then, the order wasn’t complete and missing the sweet and sour sauce. I kept looking at the window and waving for assurance and they weren’t paying attention, even when I honked the horn.

This is one of the few McD’s where the cashier doesn’t get the drinks, burgers, fries. instead he directs other to grab whatever orders are coming up.

Can’t go wrong with McD’s at any time of the day. I usually order the double cheese and a sweet ice tea for a quick snack or if I am hungry, i would get the Big Mac meal or Quarter Pounder meal. But to be honest, I go here the fries! I love McD’s fries!

Edwin offered to honor replacing my Berryessa San Jose McDonald’s sundaes promised to me by Michael the night before after his employees delivered single topping (I ordered and paid for extra topping) melted ones and failed to give a receipt. «Just come tomorrow and tell them Michael says they can be replaced», Michael assured me. The next night, after talking to Edwin, I had the misfortune of meeting Monica, apparent manager in her own mind. Monica looked up from cleaning the broken sundae machine, said «You can’t even remember the manager’s name» (I had just told Edwin in front of her his name was Michael), and accused me of lying because no one ever is not delivered a receipt, and how there is no one named Michael, in broken English. Thank you Edwin, for reimbursing me with the sandwich meal I wanted, but Monica’s poor customer service and frankly obnoxious rudeness will cause me to avoid this location when at all possible.

This place has to have the most stupid employees ever. I go around 1am and order a Big Mac with 2 chicken sandwiches and what the hell do I get? 3 chicken sandwiches. They are thieves, rip people off, and don’t know how to do their job. No one wants to go back at 2am after getting home for a dumb Big Mac. Ugh, I hate inept employees!!!

I live near here that’s why I go to this particular mickyD– but I will be making the extra to a different location next time! Very Poor food quality. The fries tasted like they been sitting under the light for hours, same with our chicken select-​no crunch! I was very disappointed.

Yeah so I never thought that I would write a review for McDonald’s! (I only eat breakfast if I visit a McDonald’s) I usually go to the drive-​through and it’s not so bad! The line moves smoothly and they give me my order about 98% of the time correct. And if they do make a mistake they’re really good about fixing it for you and don’t give you a bunch of questions and hassle you. So «A-​» for the drive-​through!
Now inside is a different story! Yes they remodeled and everything… but the last time I went in there to use the restroom before I ordered, they had no baby change table which makes it very inconvenient especially for a family establishment! And there’s always a bunch of people just sitting around and really not even eating anything. Also, because the area is getting kind of creepy, sometimes there’s a lot of older grungy looking gentleman that are alone. I’m not talking about like they want to look grungy cool style, I mean more like they are grungy and makes you feel uncomfortable sometimes like you’re in a bad kidnapper movie… Hold on tight to your kiddos if you actually want to go into the restaurant!
I just do drive thru no matter what…

This Mcdonalds is the closet one to my house and let me just say, I rather drive the extra mile to another one.
–the supposedly «dollar menu» sandwiches weren’t even a dollar… They added at least 20 more cents towards the price.
–we asked the person who handed us our food for extra sauce and they CHARGE you for sauce, every fastfood place I’ve been to have not charged me for sauce.
–MY POWERADE TASTED HORRIBLE IT WASNT EVEN POWERADE, it tasted like blue ass water.

If you are looking for a fast-​food restaurant where you can grab a quick bite to eat after the bars or just after 11pm, DO NOT COME TO THIS MCDONALDS. You will seriously be waiting in the drive-​thru for over an hour – trust me.
I don’t know what it is about the late night, but it literally takes 30 minutes before you can even get to the menu sign to order. After you have ordered, you will be waiting in line for another 30 minutes while they cook your order «fresh» if that’s even possible at McDonald’s…
My beef with this location is that not only have I wasted over 5 hours of my life in their drive-​thru (I don’t know why I kept coming back), but I have received the wrong order on multiple occasions. Maybe it’s just the late night staff since I have yet to encounter these issues during the day time.
If you want your good ol’ FAST-​food and like to eat what you order, stay far away from this McDonald’s after 11pm. Otherwise, enjoy waiting in your car and guessing what the employees will throw in your to-​go bag.

I go here because it’s the closest one to my house. What I really do hate is on late nights, I want to buy something on the menu and then they don’t have it… wait what? I thought places like these are always supposed to be stocked on food.
First time, I wanted french fries, they said their fryer broke.
Second, I wanted an ice cream cone, their ice cream machine broke.
Third, I wanted a bacon ranch salad, they ran out.
Sigh. I love McDonalds, but not this one. I’ll make the drive out to Landess then.

bewareeeeeee and make sure you confirm what you ordered because I had to go back to get my order right, and they still didn’t get it right. It was too late when I realized I was missing a burger. :(
