I rented office space from MCM diversified. When it was time to leave, they became the most unfriendly people that I’ve ever done business with. Their lack of willingness to work towards a win/​win situation was appalling. Every request was met with them leveraging their 16 page, 9-​point font lease to fullest extent as well as continually threatening legal action if I didn’t comply. I’ve rented office space from 4 different management companies over the past 15 years, and the other three management companies far out-​shined MCM from in every way.
Renter beware.
