Mediterranean Apts

I stayed in the Mediterranean for period of several months as temporary solution and I can only share good things on the place.
The manager on site, Ginette and her assistant Sandra, were very friendly, smiling and yet responsive and flexible to any issue I have raised; The interaction was them was relaxed and easy going, and if there is no issue to tackle all required was to deposit the check on time.
I moved to San Jose quite sudden. I got into a remodeled apartment with new kitchen, bath room. carpets and air condition. it was great. Ginette made the extra effort some the renovation of the apartment will end ahead of schedule and I can get the keys as soon as possible.
The facility itself is clean, quiet, well-​maintained and there is designated parking area per each apartment; There are also several laundry rooms on the facility and I could always found available washing machine or dryer
I worked around the clock, so if I needed something I communicated with Ginette through emails. At some point, I needed emergency solution for the apartment and one was provided to my best satisfaction.
The building itself is located 5 minutes from the 280 and G4 roads and there is Walmart in close proximity.
Please note that the rent agreement on the place can be terminated with 30 days notice. this is real comfortable for someone who doesn’t sure how much time he or she going to stay on the place.

Friendly neighbors and the pool is kept clean.
Manager is the best. Very helpful to my special needs. Always friendly and accommodating. The handyman is the best as well. Always on time and follows thru to make sure all is working.
A great place to live.

I will have to say that these aprtments r nice on the inside but well to be honest they r not. The plumbing here is terrible. Plumbing coming is called at least once a week cause th pipes have roots growing around them. Mold in apartments and think painting will get ride of it. Paveing all spots for 4 days makeong parking harder than usuale. Maintance here only 3 days a week. Management rocks but need maintenance all week. Also neighbors bike got stolen, other neighbors car got stolen right off property and nothing got done. I know its not the manager of the apartments its the owner but we r people to and deserve some respect and some coorperation and understanding that some work late at night and finding parking is not going to be easy for those 3 – 4 days.

Just received a 90 notice of termination of tenancy. For what reason? They didn’t give me one! And I have not done anything wrong.
I have lived at these apartments since 1970 and absolutely loved living here. I think it is absured that they can just turn around and tell you to move without a reason.
