Useless people. Sells defective phones and then requires you too go elsewhere to get it replaced. What is the point of them being open? Customer service is pathetic. avoid this place. They take advantage of people.

Avoid this place at ALL cost! Honestly this place is a joke! The service is horrible. The owner doesn’t even acknowledge you! And when he does he is rude and almost makes you seem like he does not want your business. I asked him to fix an issue with my phone(it was not synching) he said he said he would and then 1 hour later turns out he didn’t fix anything. Plain said he forgot. Forgot? He doesn’t even care. Very unprofessional. Never coming back!

I go back next day he said… I’m not returning or exchanging. final sell now km disputing with Metro pcs corporation also complaining everywhere. Owner of this store doesn’t know how to speak with customers. He is very rude and disrespectful. I rather give business to people who give respect to their customers. Avoid them. The Manager Chis is RUDE ! He is rude to the customer, he belittle the customer and mumbles snide remarks about a person race & being poor & they are a theif. Now is that the right way to treat someone. This was the situation: On line I bought my brother a phone service Metro PCS and paid the bill online, Now my brother had my old phone,(since I transferred over to T-Mobile) The rep at the Metro PCS store on Steve Creek(who was very nice) explained all my brother had to do I go to a Metro PCS store and get them to Program the phone. Everything was paid. The Phone is under My brother name and Mine ! And I gave him all the information he needed to program the phone. Now when my brother walks in the Manager Chris asks him where he stolen the cell phone from and kept accusing him of stealing it. Now my brother may not look like he has any money. That give him no right to treat him like some bum off the streat. As a Metro PCS payment station he is representing them as a company. I have called Metro and asked them what to do to compain about this company. All I had to do is go on their Metro PCS web site and do a customer compaint form. Hopefully, This guy will get kicked off the Metro PCS payment store.

Came to activate a metro phone was told that it would be $ 15 reactivation fee plus first month. I have reactivated alot of metro phones and have never been charged that much took it to another metro store up the street only $ 3 reactivation plus first if you don’t want to be over charged go else where.
