Thank you to Nataly at Moonflower — we were very pleased with the work she did on the arrangements we ordered for my father’s services. She accomplished the look and feel we were aiming for.
She was very timely, easy to communicate with, and flexible. Thank you!

This one is a hard one for me to review.
While the flowers all came out beautifully for our wedding and at a very reasonable price, it was definitely not a stress-​free experience.
We discussed in great detail and I mean GREAT detail because I realized that while her work is great, she needed very specific instructions and reminding of what each item should look like. A lot of pics were sent and colors discussed in detail, and when the centerpieces and bouquets arrived, I was blown away how pretty it all looked (esp since she was able to get a specific flower I wanted all over my bouquet). Though pretty, certain details were still missed (there were no peonies and the groomsmen boutonnieres were supposed to wrapped in twine which she just didn’t do).
Also, there was a major hiccup in her business practices that I will still not forgive. About 3 weeks before the wedding when I was trying to confirm last minute details, she had gone completely MIA. Literally did not respond to any emails/​texts and definitely purposely ignored my phone calls for about a week. Can you imagine the stress you feel when your florist goes missing 3 weeks before the wedding? That was completely not okay, esp since she took my 50% deposit. In the end, she did apologize and it all worked out but that is just not okay.
Overall, I think she did a great job on our actual flowers but be warned if you are a bride who needs everything EXACTLY as you expect, this might not be your best choice.

If you’re looking for a fantastic florist, look NO further! Nataly did an amazing job on our wedding flowers! She was EXTREMELY accommodating considering we threw the event together in little over 1 month. Not only that, she was wonderfully agreeable when I asked her the am of my wedding to add 4 more arrangements. You won’t be disappointed if you choose Moonflower Florist!

Thanks for delivering a beautiful bouquet of flowers to my mother yesterday. She was so happy and said they were beautiful!!!

Hired Nataly as my florist for my wedding that took place 3÷14÷15. Loved my flowers and centerpieces ! The only issue was that the boutonnieres kept falling off. The groomsmen kept pinning them on and eventually gave up. Maybe have her give pointers on how to secure them. Moreover, Everything was beautiful but not exaggerated over the top. I’ve received many compliments and the reception looked fantastic thanks to Nataly and her work. You will be very happy of you hire her and she works with you and your budget.

Nataly, was an awesome person.
We came across an issue with the flowers that I ordered, peonies, that did not seem to open in time for the bridal party bouquets so she offered to purchase fake flowers, which I accepted. During our initial consultation for the purchase, I had mentioned I only wanted ivory colored flowers. Well when I showed up late– thanks Nataly for being available, I saw them right away the whitest fake peonies I’ve ever seen. I couldn’t believe those were what she picked out. When I stated my disgust with them she did make a suggestion for me to go to Michael’s to get other flowers, or that she could go over to a hardware store to see if some were available. I didn’t have time. She came up with a suggestion to spray some paint on them to get a color I would be okay with. I had no other option, so we did as she suggested.
Thank you Nataly for flowers but I have to give three stars based on her floral expertise.
When I seen the white flowers next to the ivory real bouquet they were an eyesore — Nataly said I was «picky» and that they should be fine. I wish I had the picture but even with these flowers painted they were an eyesore at the wedding.
The fact that she choose white flowers over ivory suggests to me that her eye for flowers may be a little off or maybe as she stated, I am just «picky».

Nataly is amazing!!! We used her for our wedding flowers and we could not have been happier!!! She is very accommodating to your needs and her prices are unbeatable because she works out of her home!!! Hire Nataly for your wedding flowers and you won’t be disappointed
