I used these guys for drain snaking at my last place and needed the same line in my driveway unclogged at my new place.
We negotiated the price and scheduled the work for the same day.
The other rooter guys I have called all want to quote you a price range.
topping out at twice what I paid Mr 99.
Mr 99 was the same fixed price as the time before and the same prompt service.
Will use again.

Joseph you saved me! Rescue Rooter came out and told me I needed a cleanout and quoted $ 2,000. Joseph quoted me $ 700 and offered to also snake it, clear everything and install the cleanout as well as use his camera to check the entire line. His camera found the problem in the main sewer line where roots are coming in and quoted me $ 1800 to repair the main sewer line. Before he could leave had him check both of my toilets. One was installed without screws (dang contractors) and not calked so was loose. The other one was clogged. Joseph brought me some screws and calking, fixed both toilets and checked my dishwasher all for FREE! And with a smile. Fantastic and all of this on a Sunday. YOU ROCK!!! Pam Rodgers Realtor

AMAZING PLUMBERS!!! I called this morning at 8am they were here by 12 and gone by 1:15pm. They were courteous, professional and offered me a price I couldn’t refuse! I was pretty scared to call a plumber since we all know they can be expensive. These two guys changed my entire outlook on plumbers. From now on I won’t ask my husband to try to fix it first, I will call Mr 99 to come and save the day! THANK YOU FOR SUCH WONDERFUL SERVICE AND A GREAT DEAL! You guys ROCK!

Late last year, I contacted the company office to get a quote on repairing my sewer line that was about 6 – 8′ deep. The site coordinator had Eric Martinez contact me. We subsequently met to review the work. He gave me a business card and we negotiated price and scheduled the work a few days later.
The day of the job he told me to write a check for the deposit. He brought a few guys in a company work van. I told them to make sure they trace the sewer line with a camera. After a whole day of breaking into the concrete and digging, I checked on the progress and found that they dug the ground in the wrong area!!! I asked if they scoped it with a camera and Eric’s response was no. but the line should have been there. He them «cried» to me about giving up another $ 400 since it was more work than he thought. To get the job done, I agree.
They finally scoped the line and instead of finishing wihin 3 days, it took them 6 days due to cave in’s, since they didn’t shore the walls of the dig.
Now bring this story to the present: 6 months later my tenant complained about water intrusion! I found that the line Eric installed was not sloped properly and to code. I called Eric and we made an appointmen to meet on Monday. He never showed and never returned my calls again.
I was able to get a hold of the owner Joseph and apparently to both our surprise, Eric pocketed my payment and never told joseph that he did the work! After promises from Joseph that he would handle the situation, Joseph kept putting me off. In my view, the plumbing company’s dispatch sent me Eric and Eric gave me his business card and gave the impression that he was working under his company’s direction. I thought it was funny that Eric wanted me to write checks to him directly, but he also gave me the impresson that it was his family business. I would have never hired someone to do this work as a side job considering the scope. Now Joseph doesn’t return my calls either and I had to pay another company to take care of the work.
Seeing the other review, I wonder if this happens a lot. Do not use this company. There are many others that are reputable.

Had a leak diagnosed. Simple job that required opening up drywall of ceiling of room below bathtub. Service extremely hurried, un-​careful, and messy with an undertone of disrespect for client, and gaspingly high prices. Stopped them halfway through work.
