8 $ for a medium shake… I ordered the Kit Kat and Ferrero. It took 4 girls exactly 12 minutes to prepare MYONESHAKE. I was so mad that I couldn’t even enjoy the shake when I left! 4 Girls. No one before or after me! They just had a phone order! I don’t know how come none of them thought of preparing my shake and continuing the phone order after preparing mine. 7.50 $ or 8 $ + tip. It was ridiculous. I’m not saying the shake wasn’t good, but I was so mad that it didn’t matter anymore! No parking, so they could have realized that I was in a rush. BUTNO… they took their time, chit chatting, girl talk. I don’t know what happens when that place gets busy! I suppose a real manager shows up. I will not go back unless I just happen to be around. I drove there specifically for the milkshake. I’d rather pay 5 $ at Starbucks for a frap and not leave a place this mad.

One of my favorite places to go to! The milkshakes here are bomb! So many different flavors to chose from.

This place is pretty good! I like the fact they offered different alternatives to dairy. They also have different add-ons to make a more personalized milkshake. The menu has adorable names and I love the variety of milkshakes offered. Plus they also have good snacks to offer and you can choose different flavors as well. Overall I would definitely come back.

Do you want diabetes? If so, then come here. They have Delicious milkshakes that will kill you with every sip. Don’t just take my word for it, come down and try the milkshakes. Also, be sure to also talk to the really awesome mascot, I made friends with him. In all honesty, they have some really creative choices. However, don’t come crying to me when you’re mesmerized by the sheer deliciousness of this place. Comfortable seating too! Once you come here you will be going again and again. A warning once you come here: Your wallet will get lighter, your stomach will get bigger, your arteries will get clogged, and you will be closer to your eventual death. But don’t worry, you know what they say? «Life may be scary but it’s only temporary!» So come down to My Milkshake and get your diabetes on tap!

What a great little place! Took the girls today and they absolutely loved it, especially the fact that they could put any candy they want in their shakes – pop rocks and skittles was an interesting combo. I went for the classic Whatchamacallit shake. Oh, you say it’s not a classic? Well try it and then tell me otherwise. We each got a 12oz shake with multiple mix-ins and our grand total came to exactly $ 20. Not bad in my book. Have a feeling we’ll be heading back frequently to try all the hundreds of different combinations that are possible. What did I love the most, though? They offer almond milk and vanilla soy ice cream as an option! Vegans and lactose intolerant folks rejoice, a trendy ice cream place that they too can enjoy. Reason for not giving that 5th star? It seems like they could clean the place a bit better, the walls were pretty dirty with splashes all over the place. The garbage can has definitely seen better days. Looks like one of those you want to avoid touching at all costs, but you have to push the door open to drop your stuff inside. Not so dirty you feel gross eating there. We’re not talking fast food restaurant gross here, I just notice when things aren’t cleaned really well.

My milkshake brought me to their yard!!! Finally had the chance to try this place out although the hype has died down. My bf and I were craving for something sweet and ice cream-y after our dinner so we decided to go here! The store is very cute and clean. They have a wall filled with all sorts of candy for the shakes and they also have other items on the menu such as fries which looked pretty good. I got the Spiderman milkshake because I loved Spiderman as a kid and also because it has kit kat and ferrero rocher in it! My bf got the Superman which has reeses cup and brownies because he’s more of a peanut butter fan. The spiderman shake was good but isn’t something I’d go back for. As for the superman shake, I just don’t like peanut tastes in general, so I didn’t enjoy it. I don’t think I’d come back, but the workers were nice and the store was very clean which was great!

I am so glad there are lactose-intolerant friendly milkshakes! I had the MM Hulk(Mint Andes & Oreos) with vanilla ice cream and almond milk while my boyfriend got the Magneto. Totally yum! Ended up feeling full from having the large so if you’re planning to come here for dessert plan accordingly.

This place has good milkshakes and a cute atmosphere but ultimately the location will stop me from ever seeking it out again unless I’m in the area. It’s in the middle of downtown San Jose where I hardly ever go because you have to pay for parking and it can be pretty busy. However, a coworker insisted I try it and the Unilocal pictures looked tempting. I ordered the MM Hulk and my husband got the Venom. Both hve oreo but his had chocolate and mine had mint added. Like I said, they taste good, but are they out of this world and totally unique from any milkshake I’ve ever had? No… In fact we each tried each others and they tasted exactly the same. The oreo flavor overpowers whatever else is in the shakes. I think mine should be more minty and green colored almost like the McDonald’s Shamrock shake to make it stand apart. I wonder if making a custom shake would have made these shakes more memorable but the options were overwhelming and I wanted something I knew would taste good. Yummy treat but too far for me to drive and not unique enough of a taste for me to seek this place out again.

I absolutely love this place but the down fall is that because it is such a small shop not everyone can fit inside and it gets packed pretty fast. I have yet to try anything other than their shakes but the shakes alone are so good that they’re worth the long line and wait when it gets busy. I love MM Flash. Upside: Excellent product Downside: Not enough room, long line, and long wait times when it gets busy(every time I’ve gone it’s been super busy).

Now-a-days, Chipotle style everything is the trend. Make your own everything. Customize all your food the way you want! Well, this is the same kind of thing for milkshakes. I guess it exists in areas like LA and some others but this is one of the few in San Jose I think. I believe this establishment is fairly new. You basically choose your milk, flavor, toppings, and they mix it and give it to you. They have a variety of toppings, including candy and POPROCKS! and fruit too. They also have pre-made combinations you can try, but it kind of defeats the purpose of the«make your own» style.

Very fun space — rainbow gumball display and an enviable candy selection behind the counter. Superhero-named smoothies, under the Awesome(made with cookies/candy) and Active(made with fruit) categories. Also, option to customize the milk, ice cream/yogurt, and mix-ins. Tried my brother’s Venomm(Oreos and chocolate syrup), and it was fine. Other tables had ordered tater tots and garlic fries, which looked tasty, but we didn’t try them ourselves. The milkshakes run $ 6 – 9, depending on the size and add-ins. Literally and metaphorically too rich for my blood.

This place is on Second Street, right next to the light rail and bus stops. There is parking across at Safeway, but you will need to have it validated. Otherwise, you can just do your research on garages nearby. The interior is pretty clean and nice, and there is a decent amount of seating, although it isn’t that big. There is a superhero theme going on, and I thought that was kind of cute. The staff was friendly and helpful, and even washed my glass jar after I finished. People say the wait is long, but there was no one ahead of us and it didn’t take that long for us at all. Okay, so for the milkshakes, you can either pick vanilla, chocolate, soy, or vanilla frozen yogurt for your ice cream choice, and either whole or almond milk for your milk choice. From there on, you can pick the candies or fruits you want, and they also have pre-made selections which are named after superheroes. So I ordered a Spiderman(Kit Kat and Ferrero Rocher) with Vanilla ice cream and almond milk in a glass jar for $ 9.50. It was a bit pricey, and it did not seem like a lot, but trust me, I was struggling to finish the whole thing. The milkshake was very good, and there were chunks of chocolate from the candies in side. It was not too sweet because I did not add any syrup, so that was nice. It did melt slightly faster than a milkshake you would get at a fast food place, but it was good regardless. They also have fries, and you can pick the style from regular, curly, criss cut, or tator tots. Then, you can pick the flavor from wild buffalo, sour cream & onion, cheddar, flame grilled bbq, garlic & parmesan, and ketchup. My friend ordered the regular fries with cheddar, and the fries were pretty standard, but the cheddar felt like it was just a powder that was sprinkled on. Although, they do have several sauces that you an pick from, such as jalapeño ketchup, thousand island, etc. so that was nice. So overall, I really do enjoy this place and I look forward to trying out the other superhero flavors and fries next time!

When I’m craving sweets, milkshakes are probably one at the top of my list. Been here a few times and it’s always busy. The most recent time I went, there was a bum sitting in one of the corners just reeking the whole place. I wanted to just order, get my drink, and go. However, that night, there was a 20 min wait. There was no way I was gonna wait and smell all that nasty so we walked around downtown. Their menu includes preset options or you can make your own. It’s a bit pricy for milkshakes but it’s damn good lol. The first time I went, I got the«souvenir» glass thinking it would be an ig worthy photo. But man, they did such a terrible job at filling that glass. Whipped cream and ice cream overflowing the glass, made my hands so sticky. I was so upset. But. I love milkshakes so 4 stars!

First timer and I love it ! I was in ahurry but I came across my milkshake wanted to try it out. My cousin went in and order Spider-Man for me. The wait wasn’t long, it was pretty fast around 830pm on a Monday night so I was happy. Customer service The drink itself was pretty good. My boyfriend and I liked it. I would come back and try their hulk as well. Although I was craving sweets, after I couple of sip I felt as if it was too sweet now. But of course it’s mixed with chocolate. Overall, I really liked it. Nothing bad about it so they get my 5star.

If you LOVE milkshakes, you should definitely check this spot out. Tons of options here, however, if you’re like me and love different flavors all at once… to get that perfect shake will definitely cost you. I ordered a kid sized shake w/Almond Milk, Chocolate Ice Cream, Ferrero Rocher candy mix-in, Strawberry Syrup and Bananas. My take on a Ferrero Rocher Chocolate Banana, Strawberry Shake. LOL. It was like a $ 8 kids shake, but it was SO Good. Will definitely go back to try one of their shakes on the«Awesome Shakes» menu.

after another yummy dinner at Konjoe Tei in the SOFA Market the other night, I was craving some kind of dessert.(LOVE desserts! I would eat desserts all day long if it didn’t give me cavities.: /) I wasn’t interested in getting another popsicle at Milk & Wood since I wasn’t too impressed the last time. My Milkshake came up on my bookmarks in the area n I was excited to try it for the first time. I usually go for ice cream instead of milkshakes, but I had to try this place. My Milkshake is located on South Second Street in downtown San Jose. it’s close to the SOFA Market. there’s metered street parking n there’s also a couple of parking lots around for a fee. my experience at My Milkshake was good. there wasn’t that many ppl inside so there was no wait at all.(it was maybe around 7:30pm.) service was both friendly n helpful. the girl at the register was patient in explaining the concept of it all. I ordered my milkshake n got it in under 5 minutes.(2 employees working there at the time.) they have a list of popular shakes with candy/fruits already mixed in so u don’t need to figure it out yourself. I opted to do my own customized version cuz I didn’t need to get a large take home glass jar.(I feel like I’m hoarding enough jars as it is.) I got the 12oz. kids size with vanilla ice cream mixed with Hersey’s Cookies & Cream candy bar n almond milk. if u c in my pic, it’s a pretty large amount anyways. it was smooth n creamy. perhaps not as thick cuz it’s almond milk? but cold n sweet nonetheless. :) I would try to mix in a crunchy item next time to get a different kind of texture.

Ok if I overlook the long wait just to place my order & get our drinks(they are slow) I have to say I did like my shake! Seems more worth it to order a shake from the set menu although you can build your own –superman with vanilla ice cream: YUM this was a winning combo! LOVE how you can choose to put almond milk instead of whole milk, makes life easier for the mildly lactose intolerant! ALSO love the 12 oz option since milkshakes can be way too heavy NOTE: i parked in the Safeway structure & bought something from Safeway to get 2 hours validation

Hidden gem tucked away in downtown San Jose. The best friend and I were craving something sweet so we decided to try My Milkshake! Greeted immediately upon entering the store. We immediately noticed the enormous wall of candy behind the register. Took a moment to examine the menu. It’s adorable how all the drinks are named after super heros! They have what is known as «awesome shakes» which are the store’s specialty shakes. They also have«active shakes» which consists of fruits and protein powder(for those who want to indulge in a healthy way). You’re also welcome to create your own custom milkshakes: Step 1: Pick size(ranging from kid to take-home jar) Step 2: Pick milk(lactose-free option available) Step 3: Pick ice cream(lactose-free option available) Step 4: Pick your mix-in(includes 1 candy) Addition candy for $ 1, premium candy, cookies, cakes, and fruits for $ 2 My friend decided on The Hulk and I got The Spider-Man. Good, VERY sweet and decadent though. Great choice for dessert. I was surprised to know they had snack options. Fries: Original, criss cut, curly, or tater tots. Flavors: Buffalo, sour cream and onion, cheddar, bbq, garlic parmesan, and ketchup(not sure if that means plain…) Dipping sauces: Siracha mayo, thousand island, jalepeno ketchup, ranch, mustard, bbq, and of course, regular ketchup. We decided on the garlic parmesan curly fries. It wasn’t what I expected. The flavor combination was odd and too overpowering(i.e., salty). I tried to drown it in sauce, which they have plenty of choices! Not too much seating available, but good enough: booth, table, and bar top. I like the concept, but I probably wouldn’t come here often. Just once a year as a special treat to myself maybe. Also, I loved that they had a screen which features Unilocal reviews! :)

Cue corny jokes… «My milkshake brings all the boys to the yard». Ha with the catchy name, my friends and I were intrigued — but also, who can resist a milkshake? I mean, maybe for those lactose intolerant like me, but you’re safe here! My Milkshake is a custom milkshake shop where you can choose lactose free options, such as almond milk(no soy) and vanilla frozen yogurt. For those that aren’t lactose, they have regular milk, chocolate milk, vanilla ice cream, chocolate ice cream for your options! You can also add syrup but I’m not a syrup fan so I skipped out. I wouldn’t say the customer service here is awful, per the other reviews, but it was average and nothing less than what I’d expect. My cashier was thoughtful enough to ask if I wanted whipped cream or not, which in my case, it was a no — so good thing she asked! We also got buffalo fries to share — cz if you’ve ever had fries and ice cream, its the best(drunk) combo ever. I think we should have went with non flavored fries cz the buffalo taste was quite strong and didn’t mix well with my ferror rocher/vanilla ice cream/almond milk combo ha. Btw, my milkshake was delicious, well worth the calories(who currs, you only got on life to live!). I also liked how I got a full ferror rocher as a topping. I really liked that they used Marvel superheroes for naming their shakes. I’m coming back again for some more. I recommend to def give this place a shot! It’s a good clean place to take a break, or come in for a sweet snack. Fridays and Saturdays: open until 1AM :)
