I went to see Dr. Natasha Ahmed for my first appointment and I was told that she had called the night before at 6:00 to cancel all her appointments. I was told that they were sorry but she cancelled her schedule for the day. Since I just made the appointment the day before, for some reason they did not have my have phone number to cancel my appointment. I did give the receptionist my number though. The second time I went in to try again to get my appointment. The receptionist noticed that my name was in their system, so she asked if I had already filled out my paper work. So I explained the above story about why I did not do my paperwork because I came there but the doctor was not there. So she gave me the paperwork to do. Dr. Natasha Ahmed came out to the reception and started to tell me that I must be wrong, that she would never, ever miss an appointment and that I must have my facts wrong, that it must have been a day she had off. I told her all the details about what day my appointment was and whom I spoke to and she just wanted to argue with me about it. I could see that we were not going to get anywhere with this topic. So, I said, do we really need to argue about it. Just then one of her staff came out and got her to change the subject. I got called in to do my vitals, and no sooner than I sat down to do my blood pressure with the medical assistant; Dr. Natasha Ahmed came in and introduced herself, and I introduced myself. She started the argument all over again. This time she was even more adamant then she was before about her being right. She just would not let it go, at all. I got up and told her that I did not care to argue with her about it, but she just kept insisting that she was right. I finely said, I had enough that our appointment was over. She still continued to argue with me as I was leaving. I then turned around told her that she was the worst doctor I ever had met. I told her she needed a lesson in manners. Clearly she had none, none whatsoever. Both times she argued with me, she did it in front of her staff as well as another patient. I would have been very happy to just let the argument go, and just get through my appointment, but oh no, she could not let it go at all. But, reading the reviews here, I can see I am not the only one who has had bad experiences with her. She needs to reevaluate her behavior as a doctor and most of all as a person of the human race because from what I can see, she most definitely lacks manners and professionalism.

Trog and Alma are spot on! Dr. Ahmed laughed/giggled when I described my IBS symptoms. First time a doctor has ever belittled my problems. She did schedule blood work but her mannerisms are highly inappropriate. When I pulled out my phone to read the different things I listed to discuss, she was like is that for me? and came to look at my phone without permission. It made me uncomfortable as i just wanted to read my notes one by one and talk about. If someone wants to show you something or give it to you they will do it themselves you need to wait for a sign you cant be so forward. Second time around I tried to get an appointment for counseling. She tells me I have to call my insurance for that. My insurance clearly states I need a doctor referral. I call her office 4 times in a couple weeks span to get this referral and never did they call me back or process it. Another referral she gave me on my second visit, I believe was not processed at all because its been over a month and no news. Honestly WebMD will out-do this doctors knowledge any day. Please change your primary doctor for someone with higher ratings, the wait is worth it. I choose her because there is minimal wait but now I know why.

My appt was at 2÷02÷12 at 3:00pm Staff is awful, I signed in, but had a question. The woman at the front desk had black/brown hair, light skin, with thick black glasses(the frames on the side of her face were thick and black, the lenses were normal). Nobody was wearing name tags so I have no idea what her name was, but she had her personal cell phone charging at the computer station where patients sign in. She was on her phone, her ~PERSONAL~ cell phone, talking to her son or daughter, she kept saying«did you get my message?» she then glances over at me and ignores me and goes back to her phone«honey I’m at work, blah blah blah blah» I stood there for 5 minutes while this woman blabbed on her phone on company time while ignoring patients. The rest of the women working there were also ignoring me. I lost my patience and asked on of the women to help me, the woman with the black glasses put her cellphone down and curtly told me to sit down and I would be seen soon. OK then… On to Dr. Ahmed. She’s awful, I had a recent visit to the ER and the ER Dr told me I had to make an appt with my GP soon. So I did. When I told her this, she just stared at me and said«that’s it?» Well… yeah? She asked what date I was hospitalized, I have a bad memory so I pulled out the paperwork they gave me(at the ER), she rolled over and snatched them from me while I was looking for the exact date I went to the ER. She wrote some stuff down and kept my paperwork. She then, AGAIN, said, «so that’s it?» Feeling foolish I said«Well so this appointment isn’t in vain, can you look at this rash for me, it doesn’t itch or hurt, but it’s bumpy and slightly red it came out of nowhere and it’s been months» She then asks me, «Well have you tried treating it yourself?» I was shocked. OFCOURSE I DIDN’T TREATIT, I don’t know what the hell it was, that’s why I’m asking a Dr. I start pulling up my sleeve to show her but she just sits there, smiling, she doesn’t roll over like when she snapped my paperwork out of my hands. She just stays there smiling, it was creepy. The room is spacious and I’m starting to feel silly so I stand up and walk to her, she glances at it and says she can barely see it, she says she doesn’t understand why I’m complaining if it doesn’t hurt. Well jeee I don’t know, maybe because I don’t like sudden rashes popping up in my body and not knowing what is going on? She prescribed me cortisone while shaking her head and saying, «I don’t understand people like you, you can barely see it and it’s not causing you any trouble». Her bedside manners are horrible, she really needs reevaluate why she chose to be a Dr in the first place because she definitely doesn’t care about a single person but herself. It’s safe to say I’m done with this place. I’m looking for a new GP that isn’t a bitch with a professional staff.

Called to receive a physical on a Friday and that same coming week my appt. was scheduled. Day came for my appt.(running 10 min late) and called to see if we can rescheduled for a later time, but receptionist gave me the clear to head straight to them. Came and receptionist said she could no longer take me until 2 pm(12 – 2 is their lunch break). That information could’ve been relayed to the patient at the time of the 1st phone call. Came and the 1st receptionist(VERYNICE and patient) let us in. Turned out I couldn’t have been helped since I needed some type of paperwork(which I was never told). So the 2nd receptionist(of light skin) kept saying out loud«we can’t take her we don’t do that, there are protocols that need to be followed!!!», loud enough for me to hear. She seemed to know it all I’m sure… Yet when we called information wasn’t given to us of what was needed for me to bring. And when we checked in the light skinned receptionist could’ve nicely relayed that info VERSUS«trying to whisper». I would give 3 stars for the first receptionist(Black long hair, medium skin, sat on the left comp.) as a positive calm attitude is always necessary in demanding workforce.
