Does this truck still come to this site? I just went there for lunch(12 noon) and couldn’t find them. Just wondering if anyone knows if they still exist. I hadn’t been there in a few months, and there are no recent posts so I’m assuming they’re not around any longer(I like it so I’ll change the rating if they’re still around)

I have to ding them a star b/c they used to bring in two trucks, one buffet where you load up based off weight and the made to order dishes. Both have their pros cons For the made to order truck, i normally get the chicken chow fun for $ 6 which is filled to the top(food coma) or the chicken/tofu thai basil, which is fine with the order taking the order b/c i’m a regular. To me, this roach coach isn’t too greasy and for a mere $ 5 – 7 bucks you can get a lot for your buck. For the buffet truck, you get in there, grab a to go box and load up. As soon as you’re done you put it on their scale and pay. Issue is, they have a lot of variety so I end up getting way too much food so the first few visits, you probably will overload and curse the food gods that you ate too much and need a nap at work. The food ranges from Indian style food(mostly curry) and Thai/Chinese food(yes they got bul gogi but it’s one dish so I can’t say it’s Korean) I suggest getting there a bit early so you have time to look at the buffet line and not be picky with a crowd of people behind waiting for you to choose what dishes you want to try. I’m one of those people waiting so you may get an evil eye from me since I’m normally late for my concalls at work.

you can find this thai truck in the parking lot between building 16 and building 17 on cisco way. i was amazed at how many menu items they had, since they’re a mobile business. their offerings are mostly thai, but there are a few indian items and korean bbq as well. the truck rolls in some time from 11:30 and on(depending how they feel that day, i guess). the prices are cheap, and the portions are big. the food itself is not bad. i got the tofu pad thai for $ 5, and when the guy handed the box to me, it was HEAVY! it wasn’t the best pad thai i’ve ever had, but it wasn’t the worst either, plus i had enough to last for a big dinner as well.
