How could anyone not like this place???
I took a nice tour of the whole place, beds very comfy, towels and entire place seems excellently clean.
The prices arent bad. They are really friendly obviously.
The water and teas are very good. I like the soothing music they put on and the girls are very hot.

yes, I am a victim too. Coming for massage, after that she ask for the certain tip that giving the amount. Dame RUDE!

front desk: the receptionist was ok, didnt smile at all when customers walked in but she was alright, did her job, answered whatever i asked
inside the massage room: the smell from the hole where i put my face down was disturbing, smells like $h!t so i asked them to put some perfume there,
employees: the lady who massaged my gf asked for at least $ 20 tip at the end, my gf told me she would never come back to this place. Chau was the one massaged me, she was doing a good job, i just have only one comment that she should work at a more professional place

I rated 1⁄5 becauze there are alot of reasons going on.
1) unsanitize towel (there was still a little sweat odor of the towel for whoever used before me)
2) bad customer service in the front desk
3) the massage bed smelly. The place where we lay our head on it
4) eventhough the massage room was closed, but i can still heard loud noise. (maybe lack of sound proof)
5) last but not least, the lady who did massage for me, she ask for tips 0.0 she expect certain amount of tips that i have to give her, RUDE !!!
Never Never wanna go back!!!
