Nicol is an excellent representative for Paychex. She is outstanding with her customer service skills. She takes the time to help educate her clients on the process and finding what service best suits their needs. I recommend her for your payroll needs.

When I first took over my brother’s business, they had just cancelled paychex and I did intuit’s online payroll. I did, however, make a few costly errors and when Intuit changed their system, I had to adjust. I saw Nicol’s presentation about a business owner that wears too many hats and it really hit home.
For a great price, I get my quarterly statements filed, my paychecks completed and my end of the year stuff filed including W-2’s. If you don’t know anything about the E.D.D. or the IRS tax wage reporting, leave it to an expert! Nicol was responsive and takes great care of us! Oh, and now I have time to wear my other hats that suit me better!

I signed up with Paychex through Nicol for my payroll service about a year ago, and in that time I have come to realize the best thing about having Paychex do my payroll is how very easy it is. Im a busy person and dealing with payroll would otherwise be a huge hassle. They just take care of what needs to be done, including keeping me compliant with the State. Thats peace of mind.
