I have seen this doctor twice now and both times I had a terrible visit. The women in the front desk are just rude. The first time I went I was lost because their address is no where to be found (200 jose figaro not Jackson). I was running late and when I called ahead the lady at the desk said it was fine because everyone gets lost. (If everyone gets lost you should probably do something about it). When I arrived she said I had to do a walk in because I was late. (If I was going to have to do a walk in why didn’t you tell me when I told you I was lost and was going to be late).
Now we are on visit number two and I finally decided to switch. Dr. Santos made me feel stupid. During my visit he barely even talked to me before deciding that I’m fine and just need antibiotics. I was sent to him because I needed a referral to see a specialist due to my insurance and he is m PCP. I asked him for one and he made me feel like I was a bother. I don’t know why I was having an argument with a doctor about my care. Aren’t doctors suppose to help you feel better and make you feel better. I felt worse leaving his office than I did going in. He was extremely rude and made me feel like I was taking up his time. This doctor office is like a walk in clinic. Done with patients in 10 minutes or less. Which means they don’t take their time. I will never be coming back. Worst doctor I have ever had.

I was going to Dr. Santos for many years before I switched to Kaiser due to a change in medical insurance company. He diagnosed my gout and high blood pressure.
After some extensive testing and monitoring at Kaiser, and after many many years at Kaiser (I also love my doctor at Kaiser), I ended up with the same medications as Dr. Santos has been giving me. So I think his senior level experience with common problems has an edge.
Dr. Santos is a general practitioner and he is good for what he does. I felt at home coming back to him. It is a good family doctor office. Appointment is easy to get and he doesn’t charge an arm and a leg.

Well what can I say Dr. Santos Pacifico is GREAT! Before coming to Dr. Santos office I was going to Dr. Maggie Chau (see review) it was awful. Now with Dr, Santos I call the same day and am able to get an appointment right away. The lady at the front office is really sweet and ready to help. So normally I would call get an appointment that day pay my co pay and wait in the waiting room about 3 min then get taken right in. I love it!
