I love Panda Express! That being said I can’t stand going to this specific location. They seem to have horrible customer service, there is always a long line, and there are even times when they«run» out of food and can’t make a certain item. Who does that? I completely understand if it happened once but it has happened to me multiple times. Either fix your shipping order or go to the Safeway that is right next to you, just a thought.

I love Panda Express… you always get lots of rice. The egg rolls could be a lot better.

Be ready to wait in the line forever! I ordered online and when there to pickup at the time mentioned. when I arrived there I saw there were only like 5 people in the line that is like way way less in this location compared to normal times. even then they didn’t have my order ready!!! they only started my order after I asked for it. Later she didn’t give me the receipt?!! when I showed«if we don’t give you a receipt your order is free » she just laughed and walked away?!! can you believe that? I mean if you can’t honor what you advertised for please don’t advertise that!

I stopped coming here once the one in the Plant opened. Reason slow service and skimpy portions. Tonight I had no choice since it was 9:45 and I knew I wouldn’t make it to the plant before they closed but this one is open till 10:30pm. I arrived at 9:56 and it was already shutting down as if they were all dying to go home. There was lottery no food left. I got the scrapping of chow main and orange chicken in a kids meal portion but the server still knew it was less as she apologized. I was upset that they were not making food despite still having 30 mins till closing not that it didn’t meet the position requirements of a kids meal. I got home and had to reheat the food as it was way cold(guess they turned off the warmers too). Stay away and don’t think they will have food after 10. 1 star for servers apology

I love Panda Express, as a general statement. This specific location is slow. They have too few workers. The workers that they do have, drag their feet. I have seen other Panda locations with excellent food lines that serve out 10x the number of people that this location is able to handle. If you want a meal faster than a sit down restaurant, do not come to this location. You’re better off actually going to a restaurant because you’ll get your food faster.

First time to panda in about 6 months, fried rice undercooked. All the other entrees where also either badly cooked or old and had no taste. I will avoid this location and try another before giving up on panda express.

I recommended anyone who wants to dine in or order take out should not risk to order from here! The service process is very slow. They stop cooking at 8pm when they close at 11pm.(what the heck is that?! Theres still people coming in and out of your store.) I order the two entrées with honey walnut shrimp and orange chicken. The honey walnut shrimp had no flavored what so ever but I like the decent walnuts. The orange chicken was just overly salted/a bit bitter that I had to drink two cups of water to wash off that taste.(Ew, it was just disgusting. It was super dry as well. How was it bitter?! Im lost!) I regret coming to eat here. I should go get McDonald’s next time or go to luckys. Worst replica of Chinese food. Also the staff is really slow and very unhappy/impoliteness. Never going back here for food.

I came for my quick fix of orange chicken, the line is always long. And they ran out of fried. We waited 15 mins for some new rice. I asked Aurora, for a complimentary soda for my delayed rice. Thx, she performed great under the pressure of mad customer eyes. I was 3of 4 who was waiting for rice.

Slow slow slowwwwww service! Never have any food made and ready. You always need to wait for the food to be made a good 15 – 20 minutes. I hate coming here. forget«fast Chinese food» people at this location are so unfriendly and look like they hate their jobs here too! I try to avoid at all costs going there. And to add to it the portions have gone WAYYYYY down with the price increasing. I order the Broccoli Beef and got two pieces of beef(which was better flavor then anything in my plate I was sad there was only 2 pieces) and 4 pieces of broccoli that were raw. Terrible place to go!

What is the purpose of using Pandas app!’ We came in to pickup are order and they said, we order one meal. I said, no I paid a$ 23 bucks. So I pulled out my email and the worker kinda just takes my phone out of my hand and runs it back to the manager. I really dis like they took my phone from me. The manager went to the computer and looked at the print out said, yes your order is right. I said, no you only have one meal here. She never apologize to us. It would have been faster just to come in here and get in line. This is the worst panda I’ve been to. Should have went to the one near the Plant.

Worst panda express i been to. Employees just stare at you when walking in. My beef and broccoli was old and cold and had only two pieces of beef. This is not the first time this happens but last because im not coming back to this Panda Express.

This is an acceptable(barely so) Americanized Chinese buffet. Pros: The restaurant is clean(except as noted below) and well-lit, and the entrees and sides are nicely presented. Food selection and quality are good for palates seeking Americanized Chinese food. There are some relatively new enhancements that are welcome, such as the addition of healthful brown rice to the menu. On the other hand, if you’re into comfort food, you’ll be thrilled with their occasional menu additions of bad-for-you but delectable selections, like Chinese spare ribs. There’s something for everyone — well, except for customers expecting traditional Chinese cuisine. Cons:(1) The staff tends to be(almost) uniformly unfriendly and unwelcoming and appear unhappy or bored. Well, I can understand that a job behind the buffet counter isn’t the most stimulating and uplifting, but my take on this is – if you don’t like and/or don’t want to perform the job, don’t take it.(2) Although the restaurant is clean overall, some tables occasionally are in need of wipe-down.(3) Waiting times in line can be substantial, as in 10 – 15 minutes at peak hours. That’s BEFORE you reach the head of the line to select your items. The problem is that«peak hours» are unpredictable. Once, I was there at 3 p.m. on a non-holiday weekday, and 15 people were in line ahead of me! No, not during the traditional lunch hour, but mid-afternoon between lunch hour and afternoon commute. Go figure. Word to the wise when paying: If you’re desperate to get rid of coins(pennies, nickels, dimes, quarters) that are ballooning your wallet, present them FIRST, before bills($ 1, $ 5, etc.). Once to you hand any bill to the checker, she(it’s always a «she») rings up that amount, with no regard for coins that are forthcoming, EVENIFYOUTELLHERYOUHAVECOINS. For example: Let’s say you owe $ 9.01. You tell her you have $ 10.01($ 10 bill + 1 penny). If you hand her $ 10 first, she’ll ring up $ 10 and give you 99 cents in coins. If you remind her of the penny after she receives the $ 10 bill, she’ll say it’s too late and walk away. Lousy customer service.

This is my last time eating Panda Express. The food used to be good, specially the fried rice & orange chicken. The portions used to be generous. The serving tray has gotten smaller, the portions way smaller. Portions went from overflowing to Just enough to fill the compartment. Today’s visit was inexcusable & obvious they are now just plain cooking for $$$$$$ Shameful !!! The fried rice was dry & tasteless. It was not fully cooked as it was skinny & noisy, sounding like little pellets Never has chinese fried rice not tasted like fried rice. It was like eating air. The new ribs item was a disappointment. Taste was horrible. Orange chicken was acceptable but broccoli beef was not as good Save your $$$, get the Teriyaki rice bowl at Jack in the Box, cheaper, but it at least has a taste

To the management staff: If you are out of a particular item, please put a note that it’s out. It did not help to hear about it from an employee who seems put out that you asked for something out of the ordinary even though it is on the menu. To the young lady who«helped» me: If you do not want to be there, quit! Do not take out your frustration on your customers. Also, listen. Pay attention to what your customers are asking for. You had to be corrected for not serving the correct items, then you had an exasperated look as if it was your customers’ fault. If something is out, don’t sound like your customers asked for something not on the menu. You screwed up my order and the order of the people in front of me. Listen! I will think twice before coming to this particular Panda Express again. I understand it is not fine dining, but there is a base level of service expected, but was not received. P. S. I looked over many of the negative reviews for this branch. They tend to point to the same issue: SERVICE Panda Express headquarters might want to pay attention to this.

Wow. I came in at around 4:25. The entrée I wanted was out, but they asked if I’d be willing to wait a little bit for it. 30 minutes later they got me my food. They would have given me the food that has been waiting out in containers if I hadn’t told them to re-serve it.

This location usually is really good all around. However, tonight… the overall service was a crap-shoot! One gal did attempt to make it right, and apologized for the whole team providing less than satisfactory service, but it shouldn’t ever be acceptable in a customer service/food service job to be as rude as the rest of the staff was tonight. I’ll likely give them another shot, but if they botch my next visit, I’ll be looking for a new Panda Express to give my business to.

This has got the be hands down, WORST Panda location I have EVER visited. You’re better off going to a normal mom & pop Chinese take out restaurant nearby. I SWEAR. I thought the other store location’s serving sizes were small… it appears that this must be the joke of all Panda Express chains. Quality control of decent portion that a paying customer deserve is completely nonexistent. They give you«half» of what you get in the past, which is pretty ridiculous in my opinion. I had read about this location and how busy it was. Once hubby waited a whole 45 mins on a Friday night and we swore never again will we return. This was 6 months ago when the portion was still somewhat decent(at least they filled it to ¾). The older females employees frowns while taking orders even if there is no line. Even friends who visit told me about the extreme«short your customer at whatever cost you can» business practice. Never again!

Service is horrendously slow. Servers do not work well under pressure. They don’t give much in their portions as opposed other locations. I received a nice scoop of raw chicken which I will share in the photos. I would skip on this location, and make the drive out to the one at the Plant or even the Evergreen area. Bummer guys.
