This pizza is better than most and you can’t beat the price. They are always fast and friendly and we have never been disappointed.

Usually I am satisfied with the service here… But today it was a total «fail». I ordered by phone a Chicken, Bacon, Artichoke Delight (while my husband sat next to me, listening to me order). 20 minutes later, he goes to pick up my order and finds that they have prepared the «Delight» on a regular crust instead of a thin crust (this item is specifically a thin crust pizza). He tells the girl about their mistake, and the girl proceeds to lie to him, saying that I had ordered it on a regular crust. My husband corrects her, saying that he was sitting right next to me and heard me say Chicken, Bacon, Artichoke Delight (which is a thin crust item); and I never said «regular crust». Seriously, this girl just got caught in a lie! So then she says that they were out of thin crust and couldn’t fix the order, but he could just cancel the order if he wanted… And she never apologizes for her mistake! This kind of customer service just makes me so angry!

I’ve been going there since it opened and I’ve never had any issues with their pizza or cookies. Quick, inexpensive and delicious.

i purchased a large pan pizza yesterday and it exploded in my oven, I followed the instructions completely and was very disappointed with the results, don’t know if we will buy from them again

The pizza is a good value. The quality is good. But the service is not great. Tonight I called, 4 times, each time they were unable to answer the phone. Really? You know, I hear in some parts of the country they have online ordering for things — so you don’t need a poorly trained semi-​skilled employee who doesn’t know how to handle phone traffic. If only I lived in Silicon Valley. Then I’m sure they could streamline this disaster. Alas I live — oh yeah, never mind, the service sucked.

A month back, I called, ordered and told 45 minutes. I showed up at that time and the store was packed with people and my pizza wasn’t done yet. They were short staffed that day.
One thing I noticed was that they were working hard to catch up while a few of the patrons were complaining about their pizza not being ready. It was the patrons that made the situation worse.
Tina was a champion. She handled the rude patrons with style and professionalism. And after the patrons left and I was the only one left, she gave me a discount because I had to wait an additional 20 minutes. I didn’t ask for it, but she insisted. This is what I call customer service. She did her best to handle everything and make everyone happy. I my opinion, she gets 10 stars for that effort.
Tonight, I show up and guess what. Tina is working again with Miranda. I was met with friendly hellos and they were great. Treated me like I belong there. Treated me like I had been their friends for years. Again, customer service above and beyond. Good job girls. 10 stars !!

I’m a big fan of this place. The pizza is good, the cheese bread is solid and the cinnamon wheel thing is really good. Plus, I find it to be a pretty good deal. I was able to get a large combination pizza with cheese bread and cinnamon wheel for $ 20 and it was more than enough food for 3 people. I can put in the extra work to bake it if it is going to save me money. This place is worth your time.

Me and my family picked up some take n bake pizzas and the staff was super friendly. They knew how to truly help a customer. I dont think I have ever been in a place with this level of customer service. It was awsome and I will definantly make this my go to place for cheaper pizza. It is very good pizza as well. I was impressed because you just dont get that in a chain store and here it was. Right in front of me.

Best pizza ever, and the staff was so friendly and helpful, and very knowledgeable of the product. Who ever hiered and trained them needs a hi five.

Tried to take the survey online but the store code was not working so I went here to write about my experience
Saw it was in the area that I had to drop something off for work so I figured, why not try it?
Very helpful staff that were not only patient but gave me instructions on how to get back onto the Highway 101N
Had a large pepperoni and the cheesy bread. Loved both but that cheesy bread was extra awesome with the sauce they gave you. The pizza was great and not greasy at all yet piled with plenty of pepperoni and cheese
Due to the distance between this place and my house, I am not likely to come back anytime soon (recommends to refrigerate or bake within an hour of obtaining and yes there are cooking instructions that come with your food), I do recommend this and would likely come back if I’m in the area again: D

Being a newer location, it is still work in progress as far as consistency in the pizzas and the service are concerned. I’ve had some very good pies and decent service at times but also had some awful pies.
The last time I ordered two thin crust family size pizza pies, both had uneven dough to a point that the sauce and the cheese fell right through the crust and made a mess in my oven. (After baking the pizza on a tray, you have to bake the rest in the oven without the tray).
Because it’s the most convenient location for me, I will give it another try, hoping they will have worked out the kinks in the last month or two.

First time at this new location. I am glad to have one closer to home!
I called the order in and was told 20 minutes. When I arrived 20+ minutes later, I was pleasantly greeted, paid for the pizza and was handed my ready-​to-​go pizza. It wasn’t busy at all, in fact, it was empty. So far, so good!

My family & I pick up pizzas frequently from this location; we love them, but the costumer service there is horrible. I called in an order requesting half pepperoni and half ham & pineapples. I got into my car and realized there was no ham! So I went back in to have them correct it. I let the girl at the register know and another employee walked up (wish I had got her name, it started with an L, kinda heavier set) anyway and said no it was just pineapple. Umm no actually it wasn’t! So she rudely took my pizza back to remake it and as I’m watching her make it she added the ham then walked away and started restocking the pizza toppings. Ummm hello? Long story short she took her sweet time make it and finally someone else had to finish it. Really an unhappy visit. If people are unhappy working in a costumer service environment, then they shouldn’t be working there!

Awful service both times I have been. Wait time is way to long even with Boone but myself in the store!
I watched a lady walk in while I was waiting and a man from the back came out saw her, he fiddled with the register and walked away– no greeting to her or anyone else.
It is much worth the bit further drive to go to the store off of Blossom hill road. They are much friendlier and the service is quick!

The service was quick and friendly. It was my first time at Papa Murphy’s. The pizza was delicious and cooked in 15 minutes. Definitely coming again.

Papa Murphy’s is located next to Jamba Juice in the Bernal plaza. I love how the menu shows the calories for each pizza type.
I decided to order the large Chicken Herb Mediterranean Delite pizza. The delite pizza crust is basically a super thin crust. I like how we can see them build the pizza in front of us.
We also ordered the cheesy bread and smores pizza.
Its great that all the items came with baking instructions. All the items only took about 10 minutes to bake. Its great that Papa Murphy’s provides the baking tray which makes it easier, too.
The cheesy bread was delicious. It really puffed up while baking. There was just the right amount of cheese and herb.
The chicken herb mediterranean pizza was also very good. I loved the minced garlic mixed with olive oil. The crust was nice and crispy, too.
The smores pizza pie was super chocolatey! There was lots of chocolate and toasted marshmallow on the top. There was an oats with brown sugar mixture throughout the pizza.
Overall, I’m glad there is a Papa Murphy’s near by. All the items tasted very fresh, and it was super easy to bake at home.

Papa Murphy’s just opened a store in my neighborhood and I decided to try it today. The staff was very friendly and the pizza was fresh and tasty. Prices are very reasonable!
I was very impressed by the customer service skills of Kayla as she seemed to be able to take my order and run the line all at the same time. Even with the maddness of a rush she seemed to handle the stress and make my pizza the best!!!

Walked in to order a pizza. The people behind the counter we helpful. They answered all my questions and sold me on a pizza. They took a little while to get it done, but it was worth it.
We ordered the Chicago. OMG! It blew us away. It was so good and a crowd pleaser. We would definitely come again.

I’m still hopeful, but I’ve now visited this place three times since they opened, and each visit has been more disappointing than the last. I realize they are going to have some opening pains, but man, they just can’t seem to get it together from the customer service standpoint.
Today, I walked in to order two pizzas, paid, and then went grocery shopping next door at Lucky. Came back 20 minutes later, and waited in line behind some guy who they’d charged incorrectly, and were trying to fix the error. Behind me were at least three additional customers waiting to pick up their (already made) pizza. After 7 minutes of this, one of the MANY people working the line FINALLY asked whether I was there just to pick up. YES, I said, and she did as I’d hoped someone else would be smart enough to do, grabbed my two pizzas off the rack, and handed them over. Yes, they were already paid for.
When I got home, I realized that one of the pizzas was WAY overloaded. That might be a good thing to some, but it didn’t turn out well in the oven, and I think this was why.
Anyway… Two previous visits were similar. Visit just before this one, I again came in and ordered, but this time just a single medium size cheese pizza. No toppings, or anything else. Went out to the store, came back in 10 minutes, and asked if mine was ready yet. They said it was on the line and would be done shortly. OK — that’s understandable, as I was a walk-​in. However, I watch the line, and don’t see anything resembling a plain cheese pizza being made. Watch for another 5 minutes as they start a couple more pizzas. Again, they kept putting toppings on the cheese, so I know it wasn’t mine. After a few minutes of this, I ask the girl behind the counter if mine will be done soon. That starts the Keystone Kops presentation by the girls. They finally realize that, no, my pizza has not been made, and no, it is not on the line being made.
Story is too long already. Suffice to say that they finally got it together, but after three times with this group, I think I might be done. Not sour on the brand, but I am definitely going to give this particular franchise location a few more months before trying them again. It’s just too damn frustrating dealing with this kind of ineptitude, and VERY poor management.

I’m glad to see the return of Papa Murphy’s to the neighborhood but Julie hit the nail on the head when she said that the workers are slow. It’s understandable though. This place just opened and the workers are probably new. Just budget some extra time or call ahead for your order. Two thumbs up for taste and price.
