I had a similar experience as Lilian L. who received 0 customer service until I went to the cash register. It really bothers me when there are more employees than customers in a store and I am not acknowledged. This is such a unique store with so many items you can easily sell customers on, yet I can’t even receive a generic greeting?
I managed to find a cute planner and card by myself, as well as many other products that I liked. It really is a shame that the high quality items are not matched with quality customer service. As much as I’d like to return, I think I’ll spend my money where employees actually enjoy helping customers.

I love this store. Perfect for little gifts and trinkets. The girls who work here are so helpful and sweet. I never walk in and leave empty handed! Great workshops too :-)

The lady who greeted me was nice or at least she seemed to be.
However I was about to buy something that day, but I was turned off by their customer service. A different lady, another associate prioritized a bunch of white teenagers over me when she saw me first and avoided me after catering to them. Racist, wow.
Never going to walk into this location ever again.
I have issues with people from companies who try to fix these things when, but the same thing always happens again or the person is still there. So no, I don’t care if Paper Source contacts me. Get this straight: your business sucks if you’re going to have people like that working for you. Recruit well and manage well is all I can say.

I’m not too crazy about their wedding invitation costs. I was browsing through their wedding invitations to get some ideas for my beach themed wedding this summer. I found an invitation that would go perfect, but didn’t see a price. You know what that usually means… if you don’t see the price it is probably because it is mucho dinero. And mucho dinero is exactly what it was.
$ 695 for 25 invites! $ 695 just for 25? ¡Ta loca! Lol! I will be ordering my invites elsewhere.
I like their gifts and other stuff though. I bought my mom the cutest mug for Mother’s Day and cutest card to go with it.

I just came here for my boyfriends present to be wrapped he picked all the colors they have available. Boyfriend is a Miami Dolphins fan so I got him orange and turquoise wrapping and it is fantastic job of wrapping the present.
This place is great for last-minute present wrapping!
