Do not do business with this company! Tiffany Burchfiel is the biggest you know what that one could deal with. I was working with her to get motorized rollershades for my condo which was no small chunk of change for me at over $ 3,000. She is incredibly incompetent and does not know the technical details of what she is selling. When I tried to get answers in regards to the power supplies for my shades she called me abusive and told me to go somewhere else. Their «project managers» take weeks to measure your windows which means 2 – 3 months before you will see your coverings installed. If this is the pre-​sales experience then I can imagine what it would be like should I have a problem post-​sales.
