Got my cartilage piercing done for the first time! Great friendly service and best prices still to this day. Have been shopping here for years. Much better staff now that the old management is gone. Everyone is so pleasant to work with. On the weekends they have events and special deals like BOGO50% off.

Went here, nervous that I was actually getting my two kids ears pierced in the middle of the mall. Browsed around a bit and the kids found some earrings they really liked. The female working behind the counter(didn’t catch her name) was extremely helpful and friendly! Slowly my nervousness started to fade away. Completed all of the paperwork and sat the first kid behind the counter. The way they did everything was very sterile! Very impressed for a mall kiosk! Both kids got their ears pierced without a hitch and left with a lollipop and a smile. Great job, very happy with our experience! Highly recommend!

I’ve contemplated having my ears pierced before, maybe did too much research, maybe not enough… was fairly nervous going into it. Knowing my luck I’d get an infection! Started out speaking to Mariam, then watched Stephanie pierce a baby. I was slightly unnerved when it seemed like Mariam didn’t understand my questions. Eventually we picked out a pair of earrings, did some paperwork. And before the piercing, Stephanie found a few places on the paperwork Mariam didn’t have me fill out that needed to be done, so we did that, and then she took me in for the piercing. She spent some time eyeing to get the holes positioned right. She insisted I decide whether to have her count or pierce without warning, so we went with the count. It wasn’t as bad as I expected, but after the piercing was done I was unsure about the position of one piercing. it seemed a bit low, the earring was drooping. I was told it was fine. After deciding the position was not fine and I needed more symmetry, I went back and Stephanie told me to take it out and she’d repierce it after the current hole healed. A week later I came back for the rrepiercing. Apparently I was 1⁄100 whose ears somehow bend the earring?! and so again I’d have to wait for the piercing to heal and have it done again. Also, she was out of that earring type and had to order more. Three days later I get the call that she’s finally placed the order for a new earring and that she’d call when the order arrived. Never did get a second call about the shipment, but we went back in after a week,(which was now two full weeks since my first piercing) and sure enough they had some. Repierce #2 worked fine, although again she asked about counting, and I said yes, and she didn’t. She had me swap out the earring for the other ear too, so I had two new ones, and was advised to return in 4 weeks for a check up. Stopped by yesterday for the checkup and waited about 20 minutes before even being acknowledged, although twice Stephanie stood directly in front of me as she was pulling something out of the cabinet for another customer. The first times she seemed pleasant, now I wondered if for some reason I was a hated customer… Mariam put on gloves, asked me about my ears, and said they«should be fine». I asked a couple times how often I still need to clean(since the paperwork says to continue to). I thought they’d actually take the earrings out to inspect the holes and be a bit more instructive than some of the vague paperwork, but no such luck. Seemed like a waste of time to go back. I’m unlikely to get any more piercings, but if I do, I’m not going to come back here… seems like service continued to decline over time. If anything, I figured it’d get better after the holidays, but no such luck.

If I could give them zero stars I would. After waiting about 10 minutes without being acknowledged, Stephanie the«manager» was extremely rude and unprofessional. We ended up walking away and taking our business elsewhere. rude…
