I am not a «yelp» person but I needed to take a minute to say how happy we were with this company. Now days, it’s hard to find people who really care. These people care and they are very knowledgeable. We decided to try artificial grass on one of our rental units. We were concerned but decided to give it a try. We are thrilled with the results. We received great help with selecting the type of blade we wanted to get. Product came in on time. We ordered more for another project and when we ran behind they held it for us. They were very easy to work with and gave us great advice. It is so refreshing to work with a company that cares. We would highly recommend them.

The service here is awesome! Travis and Ashley have been extremely helpful and they treat the customers with a lot of respect. This is by far the best place I have found for artificial grass as there is a good variety to choose from and the quality is excellent.

We’ve just completed a major overhaul of our backyard, and Purchase Green was one of several vendors/​contractors we worked with. We used them for materials and installation of our artificial grass. I can’t say enough good things about every aspect of working with them. Both Ashley and Travis were helpful, professional, and EXTREMELY knowledgeable about their products, and I don’t say that lightly. They were also great communicators, which as I’ve learned can be a rare commodity. They informed but never pushed.
We converted an ~500ft2 area to artificial grass. The cost, installed, was a little over $ 5000. We went with Vista 65, which is a UV-​blocking product that (after a summer of testing samples in out sunny back yard) we confirmed was cooler than many other products. Purchase Green’s prices for both products and installation were as good as anyone’s. They gave prompt, clear and accurate estimates, which was also unusual among our contractors.
We also used their crew led by Manuel for our installation. Although I was a little surprised to have his whole family plus dog show up in my backyard, the end result was perfect. There is a lot of badly installed artificial grass out there, and it looks it. I can’t believe how good our grass looks. The seams are invisible, the edges flush and smooth, and the whole area nicely crowned (that means very slightly domed) for a natural effect. We had a few questions about our installation options and Manuel answered them very thoroughly.
The decision to go with artificial grass was one we labored over for a long time. (Like, three years.) There are pros and cons. Yes, it’s fake, and it’s never going to look and feel exactly like real grass. But, it’s still an inviting stretch of green that our kids love playing on. And when you consider zero water, zero mowing and minimal maintenance, it’s a pretty smart decision. If I remember, I’ll try to come back to this review in a year or two with updates about how it’s wearing. Meanwhile, If you’re considering going fake, I highly recommend Purchase Green.

I just needed turf to replace some existing turf in my dog run. Called around to other places but found the people at Purchase Green very nice to deal with. They were suppose to deliver on one day but called way ahead of time (early morning, my deliver was not until 4:00pm) to let me know that they may not make it. We settled on a new date. Kudos to Amanda and Ben who delivered the grass. Very pleasant to deal with.

Experience:
First, I would say they were quickly acknowledged and admitted their mistake on the measuring issue.
Second, Recovery plan is too slow.(Money-already-in-the– packet-​forgot-​service –attitude).
Last. To the owner of the company. Quality product plus Quality Service will make the company live longer in the market.
I wish I will be the only un-​happy customer.

I was original helped by Amanda with the purchase of the turf and accessories. Amanda was very nice and super helpful. She gave me useful advices. I later went back to get more accessories, but was helped by the store manager Dave. His attitude is the complete opposite. He wouldn’t even let me see the support pad until I purchased them, and wouldn’t let me return if it is unused. He just wanted me to give him money and get out of here.
They have nice turfs and good selections though. I would have given Purchase Green a 5 stars if I had not come across Dave.

Amanda is 100% about customer service! Very professional and helpful. If she didn’t have an answer to a question, she researched the item and got back to me right away! Helped me load the materials as well! Highly recommend!
