These guys came on time and gave me an awesome deal on carpet cleaning so I decided to clean my two couches you can imagine how dirty upholstery can get Having two kids and pets… these guys made my stuff sparkle I normally don’t Unilocal too much but I had to these guys are awesome I wish I would’ve took before and after pictures highly recommend this company thank you guys again Jeff you’re the awesome

I found these guys on Groupon and got a good deal. Brian came by and did an excellent job. He was professional, kind, and, quick. The carpets look great and Brian was detail oriented in his work. I recommend them!

These guys are awesome and did an incredible job. Brian came out on Super Bowl Sunday to clean our carpets. He knew his stuff and payed close attention to detail.
I may have found them on Groupon but I’ve found the company I want cleaning my carpets from now

Accomadated weekend appt. They met their appt window, were courteous and did a good job on my carpets. Had a few mud stains on my light colored carpet and they took those out. I would use them again.

I originally purchased the living social voucher for a steam cleaning. After looking at the condition of our carpet they recommended that we upgrade so we decided to pay extra for a more thorough cleaning and it was well worth it! The results far exceeded any expectations we had. The carpet hadn’t been cleaned in eight years and now they look almost brand new! We had an overall great experience with this company between their customer service and the magic they worked on our carpet.

We’ve lived in our apartment for 9 years and have never had the carpets cleaned. They did an amazing job! Fast, friendly, affordable and professional! Definitely my go to carpet cleaners! Thank you!

I call this company based on a referral from a friend of mine that was really pleased with their work.
I called them and they gave me a same day appointment because I procrastinated and I was having company come over out-​of-​state the next couple of days and was embarrassed of how dirty my couches looked.
they were very courteous and professional.
Jeff and Mike (The technicians) arrived to the appointment on time they were very nice and extremely professional, they explained all the different kind of cleaning options they offer for upholstery.

I have three little ones that can’t seem not to spill out of their sippy cups on my couch :/​That I just bought eight months ago, I’m just going to say I’m amazed to say the least!!!
I will include pictures by far my couch looks almost brand-​new again thank you Jeff thank you Mike you guys are amazing I will definitely recommend you and I will definitely use you again!!!

Two stars for, hmm, vacuumed carpets? Technicians were nice. Apparently, the Amazon Local steam coupon doesn’t do anything but moistened carpets. My carpets weren’t particularly dirty, but a couple of rooms had a few spots. We went to great effort to remove furniture and expose as much carpet as possible, but when I didn’t upgrade to a deep cleaning, it seemed like the job was suddenly super rushed and they were finished steaming my carpets in less than 20 minutes, a living room, dining room, family room and four bedrooms. When I asked about the spots that were still remaining and why no spot treatment, I was told that the discoloration from treating would be too obvious since that area would actually be clean. I have to say, I honestly thought I was buying a carpet cleaning, but it seems like they’re really not much better off than before the technicians came. I should add, the Amazon Local coupon does clearly state that an additional fee may apply for excessively stained or soiled carpets. I was willing to pay extra to remove the stains but was told that that would turn into an entire deep cleaning. When I read on the coupon, «Refresh and renew your carpets,» that’s what I was expecting. I asked how much more it would cost to clean my hallway runners. Jeff never gave a price and just said it was a different process. Then he referred to coupon saying it wasn’t included. So I never got a price for the area rugs and they are still in need of cleaning. Needless to say, I’m extremely disappointed. :(.
On a positive note, I got a call advising the arrival time, which was very nice. I also was able to schedule the appointment the same week I called.

I saw a living social add for carpet cleaning for $ 70 with these guys. I already expected that the special is basic and I will need a lot more for my carpets. I made an appointment on the phone and was given a weekend appt, which is good for a last minute/​call scheduling. when the tech came to the house he was courteous and explained other levels of cleaning and cost. I settled for the deep cleaning which cost about more than $ 450 that’s minus the $ 70 and it includes the stairs. Looking at the pictures posted I was looking forward to see my carpet come back to life.
Ok let cut to the chase and get to the over all carpet results. I think the tech could have done better. I have Berber carpets and the stains are not as bad as the picture posted by the owner. After drying overnight I could still see streaks where the shampoo was not sucked up properly. Also I can tell that some areas the tech could of passed through the carpet a couple of more times to remove the dirt. My carpet is dry now and I can see shades of clean and not see clean or missed areas. I will be calling the owner to hopefully ré clean the area that needs to be cleaned. I just felt the tech was rushing to get to his next job since he had two more jobs he had to complete late in the afternoon.

I was satisfied with their service although I probably would not use Jeff again as he thoroughly saturated my carpet and it didn’t dry for three days even with the windows open and two fans. Because there was a problem with stains after the initial carpet cleaning they came back a second time, at no charge, and re-​cleaned the small area. Stains gone the second time but I noticed that after a different technician came in that the area was just slightly damp (instead of full on saturated like the first time). So I think Jeff was going crazy with the hose on the first try.
Tip: best time to get carpets cleaned is in the morning and during warmer months so that carpets don’t get mildew or smelly.

Did a fantastic job cleaning my carpet. It had some tough stains and they suggested deep shampooing. They even reduced the price to meet my budget. I’m happy that the carpet feels fresh now. I’m gonna recommend these guys to any one who needs a carpet service.

George and Danny were fantastic! Very professional and nice. Loved that I was able to get an evening appointment and the whole thing was done pretty painlessly. Carpets look great and I feel like the house smells clean and fresh. Definitely the face lift that the carpets needed. Would highly recommend.

After our puppy is finally potty trained, I never thought my carpets would ever look good again! I used these guys from the dozens of groupons for carpet cleaners and they were incredible! They came back a 2^nd time to redo a few stains! And here we are a year later with another puppy (why did we do that??!) and my carpets are even BETTER than the year before!!! I will never go to another carpet company!

These Guys Rock! From the time I made the first call to schedule the appointment to when they arrived on time to clean my carpets they were professional, friendly and efficient. The carpets look great, as they are not expensive high end, but now they look new again and any spots are gone. It was a painless experience, as carpet cleaning is a pretty inconvenient process, but with this company it certainly was not.
I plan to use them again without hesitation.

Let me start by stating both technicians extremely professional and respectful… it’s always a little weird having strangers in your home so with that being said Jeff and Curtis perfect gentlemen to say the least!
Okay carpets: My carpets haven’t been professionally cleaned I’m about two years, Jeff suggested the deep cleaning however would be more than happy to do the cheaper cleaning (shampoo and steam cleaning) I have pets and kids so you can imagine that I desperately needed deep cleaning!
I honestly thought these two technicians changed out my carpets to new ones lol my carpet look, feel, smell AMAZING!!!
I would absolutely recommend these guys GOOD JOB GUYS! See you in six months
