Been to this place several times over the yrs. With most of the new quan nhau’s(vietnamese bars) switching over to a lounge theme with go-go dancers/strippers & a live DJ along with increasing prices on beer & food, this place is becoming 1 of the more old school places. The past few yrs I’ve been here, it hasnt been crowded(which I like). The prices are just right & food is decent. Just be aware when choosing your seating. If sitting right next to or under a speaker it can be pretty loud & you wont be able to hear much if you’re having a conversation. The customer interaction has always been awesome here. The staff is always friendly & welcoming. And if you’re a regular, they always greet you. They always ask if you’d like another beer before just bringing it(some places bring more beers when you’re still working on the previous as sort’ve of a scam to raise up the bill). If you wanna go out for a chill night without spending $$$$ on loud places that have go-go dancers /strippers & want to keep it old school & maybe sing some karaōke while you’re buzzin. Then this place is cool.

I came by this place a few days ago and noticed there was nothing about it here on Unilocal. It’s in the 24-Hour Fitness shopping center and it’s a typical quan nhau(Vietnamese bar) with karaōke, MUST be there before 11pm to sing, cheap beers and kinda pricey food. All appitizers start at about $ 16 and main entrees around $ 20+. The food here is pretty delicious. Had a hotpot, canh ga chien nuoc mam(fried chicken wings with fish sauce), and oc nuong(grilled snail). Everything was real good and came in large portions which makes up for the higher prices. No beer on tap, all bottles, Ken, Corona, Bud, Bud Light and I believe some Japanese beers. Beers were all well price, pretty cheap. The staff here is real friendly, the owner is well involved in the operations of the shop and walks around chatting with all the customers and joining in on the drinking fun. They also had a white girl dancing there going around, table-to-table, giving the dance of your life. Karaōke system was good, have a lot of songs and if they don’t have it, they are hooked up with internet and will just stream the karaōke version off of Zing. HA! In between songs they have Top40 playing.
