Honna and Monika are actually friendly to talk to, but the worst part out this awful management is their unprofessional lawyer Alan A Berger. Not just by hearing his bad reputation and all the dirty jobs he has been done before, also really experienced how he successfully making bigger conflict between owners and the HOA and how he tried so hard to make every little penny out of any chances.

I wish I could subtract stars. These people are awful. They are the property managers for my old condo association at Siena Court. They charge owners/​tenants for EVERYTHING. A $ 200 nonrefundable move in/​move out fee for the secretary to go «inspect» that nothing was damaged. I had to call then email a refund request after they charged us twice for the same month’s payment. They are borderline rude on the phone. Skip these guys if you are looking for a good property management company.
We recently sold our unit and we were charged $ 500 for association docs then another $ 500 for a HOA transfer fee. Ridiculous.

No star is deserved. The manager, Honna Weaver, is full of crappy excuses when I went to her office last friday concerning about the vandalized mailbox and she said the new ones will be arrived in 2 weeks. Today, she suddenly changed her answer to 3 to 4 weeks. Really? She probably forgot all her lies…
