During an emergency situation at my place of business, my electrical contractor called Ron to help us quickly aquire an older remanufactured switch for a medical unit. Ron arrived at the site quickly and examined our specific unique electrical parts needs AND stayed «on site» when he didnt have to in order to ensure that A: the parts arrived ASAP and B: to oversee the proper use and fit to speed up the contractors repairs!!! Relectric will always be my go to choice!

I ordered two hard to find breakers from relectric. They had the best price online. The breakers we received were as expected. They were suppossed to come 2 day shipping with an AM delivery. When they didn’t show up in the morning I called and someone helped me right away. The breakers came in the afternoon. The only reason I didn’t give them five stars is because they charged me extra for the AM shipping and made no offer to refund that or reason why it happened when they realized I didn’t get them in the AM. Overall it was a good experience.
