Rick Schaumann Heating & Air Conditioning

We have had Rick come out and fix our heating system when in broke down in winter, and yes it is California, but it does get cold sometimes. Anyway, Rick was very prompt and easy to work with. He fixed our heating issue in a timely fashion. He had suggested that we replace it but at that time we could not afford to replace the entire unit. So he was able to Also, I had a crap load of stuff blocking the area where he was to work and he just stated that the stuff would have to be moved. Of course, I also recognized that I had to much crap in the way, sometimes it just comes down to common sense.
After we had Rick come and install air conditioning for you upstairs as we have two units in our home, one system for up stairs and one for down stairs. Rick completed that work in just a couple of days and we were sleeping comfortably during that hot summer spell.
Then a couple of years later, our old heating system finally broke down and we had Rick back to fix it. Bottom line is Rick is very professional and works very hard to get the job done. I would recommend Rick to all my friends and family and beyond!!!

Wow!!! Well, this guy was a genuine jerk. He shows up and starts throwing around orders to move things. I get that they need access to work on the equipment but just being rude is unacceptable. On top of that without a warning he says «I’m not going to work on this» «I won’t charge you» and leaves. I’m not sure what prompted him to do that but I don’t think it’s going to keep this guy in business very long.
If you want someone to come and waste your time free of charge call this guy. You might not be happy though…

I had a great experience with Rick. My central A/​C unit stopped working in the middle of a heat wave. While other HVAC guys either were quoting availability 2 weeks away, Rick squeezed me in just 2 days out. And while I was considering replacing my A/​C unit, which would have cost a lot more and taken more time, he recommended a relatively inexpensive repair and got that done in short time. I plan to go back to Rick for my HVAC needs.
