Right Now Water Heaters

I called early this morning a little before 10 to set up an appointment to have a plumber come out and replace our broken hot water heater. I waited only 2 hours for the plumber to show up! Charlie installed the new water heater and went over the work he did and the warranty information. Great stuff! One of the nicest guys I’ve met in the service industry! I got that hot water now! ;)

If I could leave 10 stars I would. I started my weekend with a cold shower and a hot water heater that stopped working. It took the plumber less then 5 minutes and my water heater was working again. Since it was such a quick fix they didn’t even charge me.

I live in a house with nine other roommates and when our water heater went it out it was important to get it fixed ASAP! I called them on a Tuesday afternoon and they came out on Wednesday and replaced our water heater. Zane provided me with several options to choose from and recommended the best choice for our household. I would highly recommend Right Now Water Heaters. They were polite, honest and most importantly they helped us get HOT water back on! :)

When our water heater crapped out on us, Zane came out and gave us an estimate. He was very knowledgeable on the brand that he recommended, as well as how the install process works. He informed me of other water heater brand options as well, but I ended up choosing the one he recommended. He also talked to me about what to expect with a tankless water heater versus the traditional hot water heater.
All communication was initiated via email, which was concerning in the beginning, however they responded quickly with an email, and then a follow up phone call upon my request. After several estimates I chose to go with Right Now Water Heaters based on cost and knowledge. It’s obvious that these guys really know what they’re talking about in the way of the business. I was able to schedule for them to come out and install my new tankless water heater a few days later.
The day the work was done, Gary called 30 minutes prior to arrival and arrived during the projected time frame. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The work area was very clean. Gary was great about showing me everything I needed to know about our new tankless water heater. I told him about a leak that was happening in the basement utility sink. Gary gave me an estimate and repaired it while he was there. I was pleased with the work and will definitely look to them for plumbing services if needed in the future. Thanks again guys!

While I was initially concerned because they wouldn’t provide an estimate over the phone like other plumbing companies, they offered a free visit to assess and give an estimate.
Zane arrived on time and helped sort through several different options, ultimately suggesting the approach of putting two water heaters in parallel service to supply the entire home. He outlined the pros/​cons and costs with each option, and didn’t pressure us for any particular choice. His estimate visit was Monday afternoon and he returned Tuesday morning to install my new water heater.
He was prompt, called when he was on the way, protected carpets and other areas of our home during the work, and was very professional. The water heater was installed on time and at the quoted price. So far there have been no issues with the work.

I called to have a plumber come check out my water heater, which was leaking water from the bottom the night before. They sent two men out that day and confirmed that my water heater needed to be replaced. They had my new water heater installed by mid afternoon, will definitely be calling them back if I need more plumbing help!

They were great. They came the day after I called and installed a brand new, high end, water heater. My wife, who has a general phobia of contractors, said they were polite, cleaned up and were prompt with everything. We’ve used numerous plumbers in the past and nobody has compared to the level of service we got from them.
