What’s amazing about Rossy is not only her cooking(incredible) but also the high level of customer service. She strives to get everything perfectly the way the customer want it. I have enjoyed Rossy’s outstanding food at numerous events. And, she has catered two events for me. For my events certain modifications were needed to accommodate special dietary needs. Rossy took care of everything, deliciously.

I have had the pleasure of eating Rossy’s food on a few different occasions. All I can say is WOW :-) My parents had a bakery shop for 28 years so I know what good food is supposed to taste like and Rossy’s is a perfect 5 stars. I hired Rossy to cater a lunch party for me, and she was terrific. All the food is fresh and delicious. Her taquitos had juicy pieces of chicken tenders in them and her enchiladas were a big hit with everybody. The only thing that wasn’t Her cakes are the best, they are beautiful and creamy and beautifully decorated. I would highly recommend Rossy to cater your next dinner party.
