Round Table Pizza

No excuse! 75 minutes for 1 large pizza. Then do nothing to make amends for being late. No discount. I will never order from this place again. You want a pizza? Faster to grow a tree chop it down make a fire go to the store buy a frozen pizza and cook it at home.

I’m giving it two stars because I went there last Tues and I found out they got rid of their Tues night dinner buffet, which sucks because their dinner buffet was frickin awesome. Heck, even the manager was open to any pizza requests. If you wanted Maui Zaui, they would make it more for you.

So I have not been to round table in like years since my family always prefer pizza hut. So I decided to go try it again. I ordered one of their hearthy specials that was similar to their meat combo. I actually have to say that I did prefer pizza hut over round table after this. Their pepperoni were small and was sort of burnt. It was actually decent for the price but I would just end up going to pizza hut. Maybe I will come back if I was really hungry and was close by to eat.

I love Round Table Pizza and this location is no exception. I’ve always found Round Table to be the best chain pizza location and I still believe in that.
This location actually even has a Unilocal deal so check-​in and get a discount on a large pizza. Can’t go wrong with that. Overall, the quality of the pizza is top notch, or at least that’s how I see it. They use all the freshest ingredients or at least that’s the what the commercials lead us to believe.
Overall, this is some good pizza!

So I was really hungry when I came here to eat, got me a personal Maui Zaui, it was super delicious.
Had to come the second time to see if I was wrong due the fact that I was really and hungry and every must’ve tasted really good. I was not wrong, the pizzas hare tastes amazing!!!
Came here the third time because I work at Great Mall and can’t get the image of their new BBQ chicken out of my mind while working. I just can’t leave the pizza alone!
Will keep on coming here bcause they are friendly and really close to my workplace!

I’m not picky at all when it comes to pizza or fast food places like that. I’ll probly be more critical of places that are expensive an that claim to be fancy an upscaled ect… Anyhow the reason I gave this round table pizza 5 stars is simple.
Main reason I gave them 5 stars is because I came for a lunch buffet an while ordering the manager/​worker asked if there was any pizza in particular that I would like which was actually a 1^st for me. Maybe because it was slow on this Friday but regardless I thought that was very nice an courteous!!! Besides that the place is very clean spacious and the pizza was delicious as always.
Will definitely come here for lunch again!!! I love businesses who have people working there that understand customer service an how to run a successful business. It’s the little gestures like this that makes u want to go back as well as write a great review so that they get more business. Places like this spot in particular deserve to stay open for ever!!!

Great lunch buffet!
We enjoyed the pizza and salad lunch buffet and it was a great selection for the price we paid. Kids under 4 are free. The salad buffet has a lot more options than other Round Table Pizza’s we’ve been too because they had crab, sun dried tomatoes, and a few other options not offered in other locations.
There was a good variety of pizza options parmesan bread sticks. I was happy with the selection.
There is a sign at the salad bar to use a fresh plate each time, but they don’t have any plates by the salad bar. It was a drag to wait in the cashier’s line to ask for a new plate each time. They should either put fresh plates out or take down the sign in my opinion.

Firstly the pizza from here is great. Their customer service on the other had is lacking. We ordered a pizza and when it arrived it had the wrong toppings and we don’t eat pork… the pizza had pork. We called and explained the situation to them and the said the manager would call us back. We didn’t receive a call for 30 minutes so we called again. The manager picked up and said they would send us another pizza right away. The entire ordeal took about 2 ½ hours and there was not even and offer of any kind to make up for the mistake. Mistakes happen but how you respond to them is how you measure service. Sadly they failed horribly.

Bad Unilocal review time! First off round table is the best pizza period but I don’t know about the employees thoo. On the phone for 10 minutes because one couldn’t understand me. I assume she gets her manager and he talks to me. I have already been on the phone for 10 minutes. He asked me can I repeat my address for the 3^rd time, but before I could say the first word his like hold up slow down. For what! You can’t remember 4 numbers really?! So I say forget it hang up. Call the Round Table on Calaveras this employee didn’t suffer from extreme memory loss, and got my order done under 30 seconds. So if you want your pizza on the day you order it, call the Round Table on Calaveras.

This place is awesome. Great lunch buffet and friendly service. The pizza is absolutely yummy as you’d expect from round table.
I loved the extra touch when paying at the register of the employee telling what pizzas they currently have out and ask if the patrons have any preferences. I will come here again and again for my pizza fix. Round table never disappoints!

I still see the Unilocal deal of 14.99 $ pizza but when I called up the associate for placing an order he didn’t know about the deal and hence didn’t give me the option. When I went to the restaurant to pick up and asked for the pizza the host very nonchalantly said she didn’t know who took my order. The pizza was good hence still giving 3 star

Please don’t visit this place if you are vegetarian looking for GOOD veggy pizza. The 16 slice pizza they offer for $ 25+ is almost same as large pizza @Costco worth $ 10. Nothing special, not tasty, alike homemade veggie pizza.
Vegetarians look around for other places like Dominos, Papa Johns or Pizza hut!
3 stars for cashier and service

Came in at about 12:45 pm, in the middle of the lunch buffet with 2 others. The buffet table was full of pizza and bread sticks! We were able to eat immediately, and did not have to wait for pizza. They continued to replenish the buffet table. The salad bar was filled with fresh ingredients! This was the best experience that I have had at this location. I’ll have to bump the ratings up to 4 stars! Keep it up!!!

I only come to this location even though the one on caleveras is closer to me. I’ve never had bad customer service and my pizza is always hot and the way I like it! The inside is always clean and im always greeted when I come inside. Theyve even honored expired coupons because they know I come out of my way to see them.

Really good pizza. It was very hot in a room we had reserved asked the manager politely if he could turn on the air conditioner and he informed us that the ax was broken. He offered to open up the door from the next reservation room and let the air come in. Kn honestly best service ever.

I had showed the woman a Unilocal deal when picking up the pizza and she said she couldn’t take it, she said it had to be printed out when it clearly shows that it could be shown to the employee. Frustrated, we paid full price and left.
The pizza itself was super salty. I’d say, I would have rather had a little ceasers pizza.
I called the next day to talk to the manager and told him about the woman, he said she didn’t know any better and that he’d let her know. I said ok, well I would like you to give me the difference, he agreed.
We went there to get our price difference and he tried to offer us salad or breadsticks… Seriously? No!
He put the difference back on the card, but it’s been 3 weeks and still haven’t seen the money back on the card.
I usually love round table but not at this location…

One time, a young woman took my phone order and was very rude. I told her that their website was having problems so I couldn’t get the online coupon for my online order to work. She said that if I showed her my online coupon on my phone, then she would honor it.
But, when I came to pick up the pizza, she denied ever promising to honor the online coupon and then proceeded to say that several customers earlier than day didn’t have any problems with their website.

I am a sucker for pizza buffets. They charge $ 6.99 for all you can eat salad bar and pizza with cheese twists. Since I’m a vegetarian and they didn’t have any options for the pizza bar, the manager made me a special veggie pizza. Oh I felt so special!!! Thank you Mr. Round Table manager. :)
I can’t wait for the next time we go here for our lunch. The meal filled me up for the whole day. Yummy yummy!

I seriously have never ordered from Round Table. Why you might wonder? It is because there are MILLIONS of other local pizza joints that I can order from or go to however, unexpected company came to spend time w/​me and the kids and what did I decide to do after I felt bad for forcing both him and my Daughter to scarf down meatloaf? I ordered from here because he said he only eats pizza here and not just any kind — BBQ Chicken kind! I got my Daughter a small ham and pineapple.
The wait seemed like there was no wait at all. I did not know he wanted extra BBQ sauce on the pizza, when I called back to add it on the order/​pizza, the lady told me that the driver left already. Holy BBQ sauce. that was hella quick.
BTW, I live like a 2 minute drive from here, haha. In America, we pay for convenience!
At the end, both seem to have enjoyed their pizzas.
I had an awesome time that afternoon.
