Fuck this place! I waited a hour an 20 mins for delivery. They asked me on the phone«Did you call today?» Enough said!

My favorite is Pepperoni and Pineapple! I have been going to this Round Table for many years. I always call in my order before I go and get good service for dine in and pick up. I have hosted a few end of the season baseball pizza parties there in the back room and it holds our team and families.

Pizza is good. Beer watered down. Bathroom was nasty. Lots of kids running around who come from weekend ball(baseball, softball, etc.) Other that, there is plenty of tables, and booths. Staff is patient and accommodating of large parties. Also, very friendly and present(cleaning up).

Nathan k is a dumb manager. Messed up the pizza and wanted to charge me more. Doesn’t know how to understand English. Pizza was wrong and said nothing is wrong with the pizza are you retarted. Going to call corporate and shut this place down their manager Maria is terrible too hope they lose their jobs. Dumb owner telling us to go eat somewhere else. Le sigh. The pizza is pretty good, but seriously it is not worth having to deal with the people on the phone taking orders. They are just completely rude or perpetually in-training or something. I can usually put up with a lot of crap, because I know how painful it can be to work with customers in the food service industry. But I can only take so much. In my case they tend to mess up the delivery time. From the website, you can order a pizza to be delivered in the future. That got messed up and the delivery person showed up an hour before my guests arrived. Cold pizza anyone? Anyway, I chalked that up to new technology. The next time I called and talked to someone in person; same thing happened. This time 20 minutes early. Luckily for them I was just getting home when they were walking up my driveway. This latest time I called, I talked to a Nathan K. He kept placing me on hold. I’d wait 10 minutes. Then I’d hang up and call back. Click back on hold. Wait a few minutes, then they picked up and hung up on me. Next time I called. I quickly asked to not be hung up on again. No response, just back on hold. After 5 more minutes, I called one last time. This time I got a girl. She wasn’t able to find the credit they gave me for messing up a previous order, so guess who she got to take over my order? You guessed it Mr. Rude, Nathan K. When we finally finished up the order, I asked him if he was the supervisor. He said he was and, later, the delivery person confirmed it. Nathan K was listed as the«Order Taker» on the restaurant copy of the credit card receipt. Round Table has a deep rooted customer service problem up the chain to management. This makes me wonder about how much they care about other aspects of their business like cleanliness(only get delivery, so I can’t speak to how it is inside) or food safety. This was the experience or straw that broke the camels back. I will never order from there again.

Being from the suburbs, one of the roommate’s favorite pizza places is Round Table. When I joined him in SJ for a weekend, he decided to get take out for dinner. He called in the order on Saturday, August 1st at 9:45pm. It was ready for pickup 20 mins later. *Wombo combo(medium): Primo pepperoni, Italian sausage, linguica, bacon, mushrooms, tomatoes, artichoke hearts(on half), green onions on zesty red sauce The roommate doesn’t like artichokes, but I do, so we got it on half the pizza. I ate a slice(plus all the artichokes) and the roommate and his brother shared the rest. I have to say, Round Table is one of the better chain pizzas. The crust has a nice chew. The toppings great flavor. And the wombo combo is a good combination of the type toppings I love. The only thing is, I swear their medium used to be bigger. But it’s been so long. I honestly don’t remember how big their pizzas were. Good pizza and close to the roommate’s. I remember ordering delivery before and it taking a while to get to us, but pickup was a breeze!

It’s Round Table. If you haven’t had it, this is California pizza. I love you, Round Table. I’d be a nerd and kneel but you know… you gotta put a ring on it, Sir Slice-A-Lot. P. S. Yes, it can be a pineapple ring, I’m into that.

Nate.(Nathan K.) You single handedly stopped me from ever coming back to this location. I don’t know what you will do with yourself after working as a cashier at Round Table but if may make a suggestion… don’t work were you have to talk to people or be courteous. Clearly these are not your strong points. I phone ordered a pizza for pick up per usual. I got there to pick up my $ 36 large pizza and the order was incorrect. He offered to remake the pizza I accepted and charged me full price«it’s your fault the order is wrong that’s why we repeat it» said Nate(Nathan K.)with a blank expression. I will go to McKee road Round Table from this point forward.

I called in Friday night to order a pizza for pick up. I told the gentlemen what kind of pizza I wanted. Half pepperoni/sausage. When I heard the prices I was shocked. The price for the large was close to $ 30 and the medium was about $ 20. I went ahead and ordered the medium. To my surprise when arrived to get it. That was the smallest medium pizza I have ever seen. 6 slices on the pizza only. Wow…

Ah, my family’s favorite pizza place! We usually get the King Arthur’s Supreme(the not so fancy name is combination) half BBQ chicken. The pizza is not too thin, not too thick, and is usually baked so that it is toasted to crispness around the edges and the pizza starts to look well baked, but is not overdone. I love how the crusts are not super thick like other places. Sometimes it takes a while to order on the phone because they keep leaving you on hold. Besides that, the carry-out option is usually smooth. Recently they gave us an extra pizza because the got the order wrong, which was nice. It’s kind of pricey, but totally worth it on those days when there’s no food at home.

I order and requested delivery. I was told an hour wait. An hour pass still no pizza. Call in spoke Nate the supervisor he began to argue with me about the time. He tried to tell me what his co– worker said to me. Nate was so rude. I ask him to credited my card then he hung up on me. The next day I spoke with Maria who was very helpful and offer me a free pizza. Thanks Maria for your help and being patienc. Roundtable is my favorite pizza. Long as Maria is there I will continue to order my pizza there minus Nate.

So ridiculous! 2 hours waiting for delivery on a TUESDAY! What a joke! Worst service ever! And online ordering website doesn’t work on top of it! Why offer online ordering if the site doesn’t allow you to put your order in your shopping cart! Clearly this company shouldn’t technologically advance when they can’t even deliver a phone order in close to an hour! Get back to the basics and try perfecting that first! Garbage service!

If I could… I would rate them a 0. Lived here in evergreen for 28 yrs. never in my life have I ever had such a horrible experience. At around 9pm, We ordered 3 pizzas 2 salads and 2 pitchers. Because my sister didn’t use the proper salad plate because her first plate was dirty and we paid for endless salad bar, so she started using a pizza plate. This douche actually had the nerve to come and take her plate while she was eating. So not necessary! All he had to do was ask what was going on, Or offer her an extra plate. I feel bad for this guy. To be that miserable, that he performs his job so poorly.

This review is based on my first time at this round table location. Honestly, I understand that they had quite a crowd the day I came in but that doesn’t make up for paying $ 32 for a large specialty pizza and feeling like it was something from Little Caesers. I ordered the veggie delite to-go and I even confirmed that it was with pesto sauce. Instead, what I got was a super cheesy pizza, no sauce whatsoever and veggies that had discoloring — we were scared to eat it… Definitely was a disappointment and I haven’t craved pizza since the incident.

I ordered a large half King Arthur and half pepperoni($ 29) with two sides of ranch($ 0.80 each) which comes out to $ 34 with tax. Maria G. took my order seemed like it was an inconvenience to take my order. I know you work at round table but if you don’t like your job, you shouldn’t work there. You’re giving your company bad customer service on their behalf. If you didn’t have customers to order, they wouldn’t need to employ you. That said, round table pizza is still round table. I would probably order from another location to avoid unnecessary bad customer service because their pizza is still delicious which is appropriate for the three stars for this review.

When you check in at this location, 3 free garlic twists are provided!!! Woohoo! Dining area is fairly small, but clean and up-kept well. Located in the corner of a shopping plaza, can’t miss it!

#148. The one pizza place I can depend on. I always call 10 – 15 minutes ahead of time, so by the time I get here, my order is always ready. +1 for quick service. I’ve had to modify a couple orders in the past and didn’t have a problem with that either. I usually get their flatbread( ). The slices are oily and not equally cut, but it’s still good! My favorite is the tomato and pesto. I don’t mind coming back here if a group of us decides to order takeout. Thank you for providing plates and utensils. Some places don’t even have those anymore.
