One star for his good personality/bedside manner. NOSTARS for everything else. Front office staff very unfriendly. One woman was helpful but most seemed unconcerned about how long you had to wait. They were rather helpful when it came to paying your bill. My first visit I waited over 2 hours before I saw the doctor. My wife waited over 1 hour for her visit(eardrum issue). I told myself to give them a second chance(«there’s no way I will have to wait that long again») and it was 2.5 hours after my appointed time when I saw Dr. Sajjadi. Completely unacceptable when they will charge you a penalty for being late for your appt. We ended up staying with Dr. Sajjadi b/c a friend recommended him. When it came time for my surgery(deviated septum repair) I was sent someone else’s personal information for their surgery which was same day as mine. This incident had lawsuit written all over it. A doctor’s office sharing someone else’s personal health info with another patient. Lastly, I go in for surgery and Dr Sajjadi tells me, «So we’re going in to fix the turbinates, NOTTOUCHING the septum, right?» I told him that the whole reason we’re doing the surgery is b/c we did a CT scan and it showed deviated septum(he and I had looked at the images together in his office). We had to change the consent by hand just minutes before going into surgery. Overall, the best rating I can give is one star. The whole office/practice/organization proved itself incompetent, inefficient, and inconsiderate. I will say that my wife and I are both doing fine following our surgeries, but as a doctor friend pointed out, there are hundreds of other doctors who can fix a deviated septum and perforated eardrum. Go to another doctor.
