Let me preface this by saying if you want supreme customer service like the kind of attention you’d get an upscale boutique, you’re in the wrong place. The sales staff lets you to your own devices, which I prefer. If you want relatively cheap prices, fashionable clothing that you can resell on Posh Mark after a couple of wears, come here. It’s better than Forever 21 quality and you no longer have to have a 21-year old body to squeeze into clothing like you do at the prior chain store. They have a ton of selection without being overwhelming. Most items are hand wash cold or at least the ones I got, no dry cleaning necessary. That’s always a plus. Watch out for very saggy fabrics that will lose shape on your body easily. Opt out of that very stretchy fabric that will pill, too. If you choose carefully, you can take some of these cute pieces and pair it with a blazer and wear it to work. You can always transition quite a few of these from day to night. The left side is more casual and the right side of the store is more dressy. I’d say there’s something for everyone here. But I would recommend shopping for blouses and shirts here.

2.5stars Similar to F21, Charlotte Russe, Papaya type of clothing. Big store with great lighting. Different types of clothes from super casual to dressy. Pros: +Organized by style +Also carries plus sizes in the back of the store +Full Length size mirrors in fitting rooms :-) +Fitting rooms were roomy :-) Cons: –When I see a clothing on a mannequin you would assume the clothing would be near it by arms reach. This was not the case, the clothing I wanted was across the store. Which I find pretty annoying –Workers did not acknowledge anyone’s presence walking into the store, no «hello, how are you guys doing today, can I help you find anything» etc –Workers were all gathered near the register just chit chatting. I had to wait until they were done talking so I can get some help.(I find that annoying) –When I asked for help to find a piece of clothing, the employee just took 10 steps and pointed to the direction of where it is(wtf, there’s so many clothes where the hell are you pointing at). Obviously I was still clueless, she then proceeded to ACTUALLY show me where it was. –No names tags or work badges to distinguish the workers or customers –Dressing rooms has a weird stench. My first time stepping into this store with high hopes drove 15miles out of my way to actually check this store out but the lack of customer service that I’ve received and noticed will make this my last visit to this store.
