Bad customer service! They claimed I never gave them the exact details of a specific part I was looking even though I did and even after I gave them the details again, they never followed up with me afterwards, I ended up going some where else nearby that had it in stock.

Really Bad Customer Service! Jeff was really rude! Won’t call this Company ever again!

I would put 0 star if there is an option for that. The worst place ever. Here is what happened. We rent a forklift there. Lisa was nice helpful and I appreciate that. We got the forklift in the morning, and somehow it’s not working. We called the driver and he instructed us on how to turn it back on again with a special trick. And still didn’t work. We call and ask them to pick the truck after 1 hr. They said our people made things up and don’t want to pay… Seriously I was there running around to borrow next door forklift. And they said tay we used for an hour and we have to pay. Don’t ever rent a forklift here!!! They just want your money and that’s all they care! Customer service is really bad.
Sunstate offer cheaper price and good customer service

We had them come out yesterday to fix an issue with our forklift getting stuck in reverse. The company that actually services it for us usually said we had to replace the battery. We explained we would be getting rid of it in a few months and just needed to bandaid it. They offered no other solution. However, when Andrew from San Jose Forklift came out yesterday, he was A) punctual, B) explained in detail what was going on, and C) knowing we just needed a quick fix, proceeded to repair it quickly and get us back up and running per our needs. i really appreciate his time and commitment to us. We will definitely use them again!

That’s a good 4 star review form from a 9 year employee of the company. Nice try! Next time have real customers not employees give you good ratings, if you can!
And no i would not have them work on any of my equipment.

I have worked with these guys for quite a while. They have always been quick to get to get to me when I call and just as quick to get parts needed as well. Not to mention their truck driver who was very nice and patient to wait for us to be done with a rental lift before picking it up. Not sure why the low review I would definitely recommend this company to a friend.

Stay away from this «company» !!! We sent our fork lift in a couple of days ago for repairs after they diagnosed a faulty seal on the mast. $ 1600 dollars later and 10 minutes after they returned it, it’s leaking all over our warehouse floor. When we called to inquire about our new problems they denied any responsibility and told us to «do whatever we had to do» …so here I am doing that.

Well I do not like to write reviews like this but they lost Family RVs business a few years ago because of lack of knowledge and high prices trying to repair the forklift we purchased from them. They diagnosed the forklift that we had bought from them, had a starting problem, as the ring gear and said the motor would have to be taken out to repair. This was after 3 service calls. I did not believe this was the problem. Family RV called Sunrise Forklift and they fixed it in 2 hours
