San Jose Touchless Car Wash

I take back my review for them. At first I’m thinking what can go wrong at a car wash right? Well then I was shown that things can go wrong like parts on your car can disappear. I was admiring how hard the workers are and how they’re always so friendly and sweet.
After they called me saying my car was ready, I saw parts of my car was missing! I’m not saying they stole it but rather it must have fell off along the way of the car wash. At first they were really good about trying to find the car parts but after they couldn’t, a gentleman approached me and told they didn’t find it… Oh great. So I asked him what can we do or if I can speak to a manager and he said he was one of them, ok cool ~not. He said they’re not reliable for anything missing or parts falling off. UHHHH so then do I just proceed with cars having random missing spots on them? YEP. So that’s exactly what they had me do. Didn’t offer a refund or play back security footages to see if my car came in like that. Came in to clean my car, had great service up to this… What a horrible way to start the Lunar New Years!

We visited this «touch-​free» car wash today, and nothing about the wash is touch free. They scratched the living hell out of my brand new car, either from dirty sponges or dirt on the towels. I’m so upset. Should’ve just taken my chances with the regular gas station wash.

I been here so many years and I finally realized that they do the best job. Other places are more expensive and lazy. Like the one on capitlal by chevron.

I wash the car here 10 times and 7 times I was not happy, because it was too dirty 4 wheels, if few times after I come and do it better I will return 5 stars

Patience. this is what you need when you come here! they did a good job but I had to wait for Loooooong time for my turn.

My family and I always go here to get our car wash. I drive a Mercedes C300 and they always take such good care of my car, and the price is extremely fair! The workers are extremely nice, even when I have special requests. They’re also extremely hard working, especially in this baking California heat, SO DONT FORGET TO TIP!!!
The front desk/​cashier is not too nice, but I can live with that ahaha. The San Jose special works for me. I would highly recommend this place :)

Carwash wasn’t good. same quality as drive thru. drive thru has less wait time for same results. I shouldn’t have tipped them .i guess I need scan my through and make sure it’s clean before leaving

Even though I spent the extra money to get hand wax. I still got screwed by this place. My truck was full of mud and the wheel wells were dirty as hell and bugs everywhere. This place truly sucks and does not put any effort. Just trying to rinse cars off and go. They don’t even provide the scents that everyone else does. Never going here again.

Cashier lady was not friendly at all, water spots all over my car, went home and wiped my wheels down and the rag was black. Not going here again

I took my car to this car wash yesterday after I found a coupon online through RTUI (Register Tape Unlimited, Inc.). They’re the company the puts all of the coupons on the back of grocery receipts. Anyway, they have an app where you can download the coupons and mark them as «redeemed» after you have presented them to the business. However when I presented the coupon to the girl working at the cashier booth, she said «we don’t take those». I asked why, and she said that the owner does not allow it, and that she had to have a piece of paper with the coupon on it. She then asked me if I could print it out. Sure, I carry a printer with me. I told her no, and asked if there is a manual way to apply the discount. She looked at me dumbfounded and said that if she gives a discount, the manager will take it out of her paycheck. I asked her if she had seen them before, and she said yes. I’m thinking to myself, why are they still up on the website, has the owner not addressed it with RTUI?
So, I just paid the full price figuring what is the point of arguing it any further with someone who clearly doesn’t care. I did tell her though that if her manager takes discounts out of her paycheck, that this is illegal and she might want to report that to someone. She looked at me with another blank look. SMH.
The guys at the wash did do an amazing job, but not sure if I would go again as nothing irks me more than when businesses don’t have their shiznit together with their ads, nor give their employees any alternatives to remedy issues with customers without fear of getting in trouble.

Just a short review. Ever since the city has mandated that I am unable to wash my cars, I have been going to this place for wash service. They do a great job inside and out. I have not gotten the wax service but I have seen cars after it has been done and it is great. I get the special #3. It’s a good value for $ 18.95. The staff is friendly. Give them a try.

Worst car wash place I ever went to. The inside still dirty and there was still a lot of bird shit still on my car. I wanted to rinse my car I could have done it myself. Don’t waste your money here.

4 stars for the employees and their work ethic. Took my car here after neglecting it for maybe 4 months and got the basic $ 18 wash. Very impressed with their thoroughness and one of the workers even went looking for me to let me know that there’s a nail in my tire! Thanks mister!!!

The trim on the passenger side of my car is messed up, so I’ve been hesitant to bring it to a carwash for quite sometime, but I really needed one. This seemed like a good choice since I didn’t have to worry about any automatic brushes ruining it more. I paid $ 10 for a simple wash, which is you just cruising in neutral while their workers hand wash your car. I sat inside the entire time & noticed all the spots they missed. Luckily, the guy hand drying my car noticed & got rid of them before I could complain. This place isn’t amazing, but it isn’t terrible either. If it weren’t for the drought, I would wash my car at home. This place will just have to do.

This place doesnt even deserve my one star. They broke my passenger door after washing my car. When I reported to the cashier woman (I believe she is the owner or manager) she said that i did it and blamed on them. Wtf??? Fuck u old damn bitch for saying that. You think everyone is dirty like you? Fuck your business. Stay away this place. I’d rather pay more and get better service than having my car damaged here.

This place is pretty solid they clean your car well and for as little as 19 bucks you can go wrong. They give a discount to returning customers as well. The vacuum in needs work to be honest which is why I set it at a star shy however nothing that leaves thinking they did a bad job for how fast it was. Another thing is that they honor their rain check! So if to rains don’t hesitate to bring it back. The lay is vey nice

Came here for a carwash usually I do it myself. But It needed some extra deep cleaning. I thought if I paid for the expensive one I would get more for my buck but no. They didnt even attempt to wipe my back seat the insidd was not vaccumed well. I could have dobe a better job definitely not ckming back.

If possible I will give them No stars. Came for a car wash and left with scratches on two windows.

My whole family and I have been coming to this car wash for years. They had done a descent job until today. I had brought my new car for a wash. The car wash itself seemed descent. Their where still some water spots, un-​vacuumed spots inside the car and small dirt spots in the exterior of the car. I did not mind these.
However, it wasn’t until I arrived home from the car wash that I noticed two scratches on the windows. One on the drivers interior side of the window (about 4 inches long) and another huge one on the left back passenger exterior side of the window (about 6 inches long).
I drove back immediately to notify them of the scratches. An employee helped me and attempted to remove the scratches off the windows with wax. He was successful at removing the scratch from the interior side of the window on the drivers door. Once he was unable to remove the scratch off the rear left the window the employee notified his supervisor who called the owner of the car wash.
The owner came out to talk to me and did not apologize for what had happened. Instead he said he could not take responsibility for what had happened given that he does not know «where I park my car or where I had bought it from.» Although the employee who had helped me previous to talking to the owner had acknowledge that the scratches might have occurred at the car wash. The owner claimed their was no way that the scratches could not have been caused at his car wash because of the technique his employees use when drying the car. As he was explaining his drying technique his employees use I witnessed multiple employees NOT use the techniques he was showing me. When I pointed it that out he proceeded to denied what I had seen. Furthermore, I pointed out to the owner that one of his female staff had been cleaning my windows and mentioned to him that it could have been caused by a ring. Then he proceeded to tell me that his employees could have not caused that scratch because they get paid minimum wage and thus not wear any jewelry. ¿¿¿??? Getting paid minimum wage does not have anything to do with being able to wear jewelry. In short, the owner was not helpful at all. He offered to wash my car again but how was that going to help the scratch on the window? What if more damaged occur to my car if they washed it again?
After getting a scratch on my brand new car’s windows, getting a mediocre car wash, and horrible customer service I will not be returning to this car wash. The owner needs to step up and take responsibility for the damages that occur to his clients cars at his car wash
I left the car wash feeling like the owner does not care about the satisfaction of his clients

$ 12 for a cheap, quick car wash. I brought my dad’s huge Suburban here because I didn’t want to attempt to wash it at home because A) it’s ginormous B) it would have taken me hours C) we’re in a drought. They weren’t very thorough with washing it, leaving water spots all over the windows. My dad says he’s had better experiences there so hopefully mines was just a fluke.

I usually don’t go to this car wash… its just out of my area. But, My vehicle really needed this badley… It just screamed WASH ME !! LOL
When I have driven by I usually see alot of vehicle getting washed. Good sign… I must say the finished product was excellent. It looked cleaner than most times I go to a cheap car wash. I just got the bar minimium. $ 10 for the basic wash and dry. No wheels. Times are tuff and and even though I am way too lazy to wash my own car I will spend at least 10 to get it washed.
I know this is a car wash but the waiting area is kinda ugly and dirty. Thankful I only had to wait for 5 – 10 minutes… and as a courtesy I gave the guy who gave me my car a tip.
As far as coming back… probably not just not in my area.. Sometimes I like to go to the Car wash that are a little bit more comfortable… like Lazano’s in Sunnyvale.
But I thank you for the clean ride.
